Le ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res et de la Communaut\u00e9 nationale \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger,Ramtane Lamamra, effectue une visite de travail depuis hier dans la capitale italienne Rome, \u00e0 l’invitation de son homologue italien Luigi di Maio, pour prendre part \u00e0 la 3e<\/sup>r\u00e9union minist\u00e9rielle \u00ab\u00a0Italie-Afrique\u00a0\u00bb qui d\u00e9butera aujourd\u2019hui. Selon un communiqu\u00e9 du minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res et de la Communaut\u00e9 nationale \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, cette r\u00e9union sera consacr\u00e9e, cette ann\u00e9e, \u00e0 l’examen des d\u00e9fis \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et climatiques auxquels fait face l’Afrique ainsi que leurs r\u00e9percussions sur le processus de d\u00e9veloppement dans les pays du continent et ce, parall\u00e8lement au triptyque de sa pr\u00e9sidence actuelle du G20 intitul\u00e9 \u00ab Population, Terre et prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lors de cette r\u00e9union pr\u00e9vue les 7 et 8 octobre en cours, pr\u00e9cise le communiqu\u00e9, les ministres africains des affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res invit\u00e9s et de hauts responsables ainsi que les experts internationaux et r\u00e9gionaux, gouvernementaux et non-gouvernementaux en sus des patrons de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s internationales et d’investisseurs priv\u00e9s auront \u00e0 passer en revue \u00ab les voies de mettre en place une approche \u00e0 long terme visant la consolidation des capacit\u00e9s des pays, notamment en voie de d\u00e9veloppement, face aux d\u00e9fis de la pr\u00e9servation de l’environnement et du  d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique, au vu de la situation actuelle accentu\u00e9e par la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19 \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A cette occasion, ajoute le communiqu\u00e9, Ramtane Lamamra pr\u00e9sentera une intervention  traitant de \u00ab\u00a0la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique en Alg\u00e9rie\u00a0\u00bb, th\u00e8me consacr\u00e9 dans le programme du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, comme une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 imp\u00e9rieuse et choix strat\u00e9gique pour l’Alg\u00e9rie. Le programme de la visite de M. Lamamra comprend \u00e9galement, selon le m\u00eame communiqu\u00e9, des rencontres bilat\u00e9rales attendues avec un nombre de ses homologues africains ainsi que des entretiens avec le ministre italien des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res et de la Coop\u00e9ration internationale, Luigi Di Maio, au sujet des dossiers de coop\u00e9ration et de partenariat entre l’Alg\u00e9rie et l’Italie, et des consultations sur un nombre de questions r\u00e9gionales et euro-m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ennes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour rappel, les questions relatives aux importantes \u00e9ch\u00e9ances du partenariat bilat\u00e9ral ainsi que la situation dans la r\u00e9gion sah\u00e9lo-saharienne et le Moyen-Orient, et les perspectives du partenariat alg\u00e9ro-europ\u00e9en ont \u00e9t\u00e9 menu d\u2019un appel t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique effectu\u00e9 le mois de juillet de l\u2019ann\u00e9e en cours entre le ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res et de la Communaut\u00e9 nationale \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, Ramtane Lamamra et son homologue italien Luigi Di Maio, avait annonc\u00e9 un communiqu\u00e9 du minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res o\u00f9 il \u00e9tait pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que lors de l\u2019entretien, les deux parties ont insist\u00e9 sur le renforcement de la concertation et de la coordination dans tous ces dossiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
