Une nouvelle crise secoue l\u2019ex-parti unique. Le SG du Parti du Front de lib\u00e9ration nationale fait, de nouveau, face \u00e0 une dissidence. C\u2019est sa l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 qui est actuellement remise en cause par les contestataires qui exigent l\u2019organisation du 11e<\/sup> congr\u00e8s du parti, afin de se conformer aux statuts du parti et \u00e0 la loi.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il est vrai que la crise qui secoue le PFLN ne date pas d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui. Elle remonte d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 quelques mois lorsque les premiers contestataires avaient exig\u00e9 la tenue du 11e<\/sup> congr\u00e8s afin d\u2019\u00e9viter \u00e0 ce parti d\u2019\u00eatre en situation d\u2019irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9 vis-\u00e0-vis de la loi sur les partis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Or, la fracture semble s\u2019approfondir, en raison de l\u2019actuelle lev\u00e9e de boucliers contre l\u2019actuel secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Abou Al-Fadhl Ba\u00e2dji, s\u00e9v\u00e8rement critiqu\u00e9 pour ses choix depuis l\u2019annonce des l\u00e9gislatives anticip\u00e9es et qui se sont tenues le 12 juin dernier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ba\u00e2dji est s\u00e9v\u00e8rement critiqu\u00e9 pour avoir tent\u00e9 de se pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 la d\u00e9putation au niveau de la circonscription d\u2019Alger avant quel\u2019Autorit\u00e9 nationale ind\u00e9pendante des \u00e9lections ne rejette purement et simplement son dossier de candidature apr\u00e8s avoir relev\u00e9 l\u2019absence de document pouvant justifier sa situation vis-\u00e0-vis du service national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mais ce mouvement de contestation, qui tend \u00e0  s\u2019\u00e9largir \u00e0 toutes les structures de la base, a pris il ya deux jours une autre tournure suite \u00e0 la tenue d\u2019un sit-in par les militants et cadres du parti, devant le si\u00e8ge national sis \u00e0 Hydra et \u00e0 travers lequel, ils lui ont imput\u00e9 la responsabilit\u00e9 du recul de ce parti dans les derni\u00e8res l\u00e9gislatives. Les contestataires ont \u00e9galement exig\u00e9 la du 11e<\/sup> congr\u00e8s du parti d\u2019o\u00f9 sera issu le nouveau secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il est vrai que depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, le PFLN vit au rythme de nominations et d\u2019\u00e9victions pol\u00e9miques de ses secr\u00e9taires g\u00e9n\u00e9raux. Apr\u00e8s trois \u00e9victions successives, celle d\u2019Ould Abbas puis celle de Mouad Bouchareb dans le sillage du mouvement populaire du 22 f\u00e9vrier 2019 s\u2019en est suivi celle de Djemai, suite \u00e0 une condamnation par la justice pour des affaires li\u00e9es \u00e0 la corruption, cette formation politique \u00e0 \u00e9lire en juin 2019 dans des conditions qualifi\u00e9es de \u00ab floues \u00bb Abou El Fadhl B\u00e2adji, \u00e0 l\u2019issue d\u2019une r\u00e9union de l\u2019instance nationale en attendant la tenue de ces 11e  assises nationales aujourd\u2019hui revendiqu\u00e9es par presque tous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Retour de Belkhadem ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En r\u00e9action \u00e0 ces contestations, B\u00e2adji a pris la d\u00e9cision hier d\u2019annuler la d\u00e9cision de d\u00e9signation de Nacer Farah au bureau politique. Une r\u00e9action qui d\u00e9montre \u00e0 ne point en douter que B\u00e2adji est d\u00e9stabilis\u00e9 par la p\u00e9tition engag\u00e9e par des responsables du FLN r\u00e9clamant une session extraordinaire de l\u2019instance nationale pour demander son d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 quelques jours, nos sources avaient avanc\u00e9 le retour \u00e0 la t\u00eate de cette formation politique d\u2019Abdelaziz Belkhadem. Une information qui semble atteindre le cercle le plus proche de B\u00e2adji, en accusant cet ancien secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019\u00eatre l\u2019instigateur en chef de ce mouvement de contestation. Ces accusations touchent \u00e9galement d\u2019anciens d\u00e9put\u00e9s et d\u2019actuels membres du Conseil de la Nation ainsi que des membres du comit\u00e9 central, tous d\u00e9sign\u00e9s comme \u00e9tant \u00e0 l\u2019origine du remous qui secoue l\u2019ex-parti unique. C\u2019est ce qui peut d\u2019ailleurs expliquer la d\u00e9cision du SG du parti de d\u00e9signer les repr\u00e9sentants du groupe parlementaire FLN au niveau des structures de la Chambre haute, au lieu de passer par l\u2019\u00e9lection. Ce qui n\u2019a fait qu\u2019alimenter les tensions au sein de la formation politique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une chose demeure certaine, le PFLN est forc\u00e9ment appel\u00e9 \u00e0 tenir son 11e congr\u00e8s faute de quoi elle aura le statut d\u2019un parti activant dans l\u2019ill\u00e9galit\u00e9. C\u2019est cet argument qui fait la force de la dissidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
