La mise en examen des deux responsables, mis en cause dans cette affaire, fait suite \u00e0 une information judiciaire, engag\u00e9e par le parquet de Bouchegouf, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 la m\u00eame source. Selon les explications fournies par nos sources,&nbsp; les deux responsables sont accus\u00e9s de malversations au sein des deux \u00e9tablissements, la BADR et l\u2019UPAD en l\u2019occurrence.&nbsp; Le premier, \u00e0 savoir, le&nbsp; directeur de la Banque d\u2019agriculture et du d\u00e9veloppement rural est poursuivi pour falsification des \u00e9critures comptables de l\u2019institution bancaire. Le second pr\u00e9venu, le chef de service de l\u2019UPAD quant \u00e0 lui est poursuivi pour falsification de documents comptables et dilapidation de deniers publics.&nbsp; Selon la m\u00eame source,&nbsp; un compl\u00e9ment d\u2019enqu\u00eate dans ce dossier impliquant 16&nbsp; personnes, dont deux responsables et 14 employ\u00e9s,&nbsp; a \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9 par le parquet de Bouchegouf.
