Il s&rsquo;agit notamment du d\u00e9cret du 29 septembre 2021 portant attribution \u00e0 ALNAFT d\u2019un titre minier pour les activit\u00e9s de recherche et\/ou d\u2019exploitation des hydrocarbures sur les blocs 122, 123, 125, 127, 140, 141 et 142, couvrant une superficie globale de 64.597,82 km2. Ce titre minier s\u2019\u00e9tend globalement ou partiellement dans les circonscriptions administratives des wilayas de B\u00e9ja\u00efa, Jijel, Skikda, Annaba, El Tarf, Souk Ahras, Guelma, T\u00e9bessa, Oum El Bouaghi, Biskra, Batna, S\u00e9tif, Mila et Constantine. Selon ce d\u00e9cret, le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de recherche et\/ou d\u2019exploitation des hydrocarbures, objet du pr\u00e9sent titre minier, est d\u00e9fini en joignant successivement les points dont les coordonn\u00e9es g\u00e9ographiques sont jointes \u00e0 l\u2019original du d\u00e9cret. Par ailleurs, deux d\u00e9crets pr\u00e9sidentiels portant approbation des avenants de contrats de recherche et d&rsquo;exploitation des hydrocarbures au profit de la compagnie nationale Sonatrach et de son partenaire national Alnaft ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9galement publi\u00e9s au m\u00eame journal officiel. Le premier d\u00e9cret porte, selon le journal officiel, sur l\u2019approbation de l&rsquo;avenant n 1 au contrat du 28 juillet 2015 pour la recherche et l&rsquo;exploitation des hydrocarbures sur le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 \u00a0\u00bb HassiTidjerane\u00a0\u00bb. Cet avenant au contrat a \u00e9t\u00e9 conclu \u00e0 Alger le 15 juin 2021, entre l&rsquo;agence nationale pour la valorisation des ressources en hydrocarbures et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nationale \u00a0\u00bb SONATRACH-S.P.A \u00ab\u00a0, pr\u00e9cise la m\u00eame source.&nbsp; Le deuxi\u00e8me d\u00e9cret porte sur l\u2019approbation de l\u2019avenant n\u00b02 au contrat du 28 juillet 2015 pour la recherche et l\u2019exploitation des hydrocarbures sur le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 \u00a0\u00bb Ohanet II \u00ab\u00a0. Cet avenant a \u00e9t\u00e9 conclu \u00e0 Alger, le 4 ao\u00fbt 2021 entre l\u2019agence nationale pour la valorisation des ressources en hydrocarbures et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nationale \u00a0\u00bb Sonatrach-S.P.A \u00ab\u00a0.
