comment\u00e9 hier sur France 24 l\u2019inauguration samedi par Macron d\u2019une st\u00e8le comm\u00e9morative estimant qu\u2019il ne s\u2019agit l\u00e0 que d\u2019un \u00ab&nbsp;d&rsquo;un petit l&rsquo;histoire coloniale de la France Gilles Manceron rappelle de son c\u00f4t\u00e9 que c&rsquo;est le Premier ministre de l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, Michel Debr\u00e9, qui a d\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9 avant le massacre, \u00ab&nbsp;un couvre-feu discriminatoire r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux seuls Alg\u00e9riens&nbsp;\u00bb. \u00ab&nbsp;C&rsquo;est un crime d&rsquo;\u00c9tat, ce n&rsquo;est pas un crime pr\u00e9fectoral&nbsp;\u00bb, a-t-il indiqu\u00e9 dans une d\u00e9claration \u00e0 France 24, regrettant, par ailleurs, que nombre d&rsquo;archives n&rsquo;aient pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9s rendues
