L&rsquo;affaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9inscrite au r\u00f4le suite \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision de la Cour supr\u00eame qui a accept\u00e9 le pourvoi en cassation introduit dans les arr\u00eats rendus par la Cour d&rsquo;Alger en ao\u00fbt 2020. L&rsquo;ancien DGSN Hamel, son \u00e9pouse et ses quatre (4) enfants sont poursuivis pour plusieurs chefs d&rsquo;accusation, dont \u00ab\u00a0blanchiment d&rsquo;argent\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0enrichissement illicite\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0trafic d&rsquo;influence\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0acquisition d&rsquo;assiettes fonci\u00e8res par des moyens ill\u00e9gaux\u00a0\u00bb. Sont \u00e9galement poursuivis dans cette affaire les deux anciens walis d&rsquo;Oran, Abdelmalek Boudiaf et Abdelghani Zaalane, l&rsquo;ancien wali de Tipasa, Ghella\u00ef Moussa, l&rsquo;ancien wali de Tlemcen, Bensebane Zoubir ainsi que l\u2019ancien directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Office de promotion et de gestion immobili\u00e8re d&rsquo;Hussein Dey (OPGI), Mohamed Rehaimia.
