La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation alg\u00e9rienne \u00e0 New York a, dans une missive envoy\u00e9e au pr\u00e9sident du Conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 Martin Kimani, et dont le chef de l\u2019ONU a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendu destinataire, qualifi\u00e9 d\u2019\u00a0\u00bb inefficace et contre-productif \u00ab\u00a0, le format dit de tables rondes pour la reprise des n\u00e9gociations sur le Sahara Occidental, auquel fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence le projet de r\u00e9solution sur la prorogation de la Minurso. \u00ab Sur instruction de notre gouvernement, je vous \u00e9cris pour r\u00e9it\u00e9rer la position de mon pays concernant la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans le projet de r\u00e9solution sur le renouvellement de la Mission des Nations Unies pour le r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum au Sahara occidental (Minusro) aux soi-disant tables rondes \u00bb,  a affirm\u00e9 la mission alg\u00e9rienne. \u00ab L’Alg\u00e9rie n’a jamais consid\u00e9r\u00e9 ces tables rondes comme le format ultime pour la conduite du processus politique au Sahara occidental mais plut\u00f4t comme une \u00e9tape de transition vers des n\u00e9gociations entre le Royaume du Maroc et le Front Polisario \u00bb, explique la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation alg\u00e9rienne . Aussi, tout en faisant savoir que \u00abl\u2019Alg\u00e9rie ne va en aucun cas prendre part \u00e0 ces + tables rondes+, tout en r\u00e9affirmant son engagement \u00e0 soutenir les efforts du SG de l\u2019ONU en vue de relancer les n\u00e9gociations directes entre les deux parties au conflit, le Front Polisario et le Maroc \u00bb,<\/strong> la mission alg\u00e9rienne a estim\u00e9 que ces \u00a0\u00bb tables rondes se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9es inefficaces et sont devenues contre-productives et probl\u00e9matiques du fait de leur instrumentalisation par les autorit\u00e9s marocaines pour se d\u00e9tourner de leurs responsabilit\u00e9s et d\u00e9former la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du conflit au Sahara occidental comme question de d\u00e9colonisation \u00bb. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, M. Mohamed Salem Ould Salek, membre du Secr\u00e9tariat national, ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res du Polisario a estim\u00e9 hier que \u00ab la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 de l’ONU est aujourd\u2019hui en jeu \u00bb et que \u00ab le moment est venu pour parler, haut et fort, dans un langage de v\u00e9rit\u00e9, en toute responsabilit\u00e9, s\u00e9rieux et transparence, pour alerter et attirer l’attention face \u00e0 l’imprudence et aux d\u00e9rapages dangereux pratiqu\u00e9s par certains pays, membres ou pas, du Conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, qui poussent toute la r\u00e9gion \u00e0 la guerre. Et nous les tenons pleinement responsables des graves cons\u00e9quences de cette politique injuste \u00bb. \u00abLa partie sahraouie, qui a fait preuve de la plus grande retenue pendant trois d\u00e9cennies et a coop\u00e9r\u00e9 avec tout le s\u00e9rieux, la sagesse et la responsabilit\u00e9 avec les Nations Unies, tous les secr\u00e9taires g\u00e9n\u00e9raux et envoy\u00e9s successifs, ainsi qu’avec la MINURSO, n’acceptera jamais que l’on porte atteinte, d’un iota, aux droits inali\u00e9nable du peuple sahraoui, \u00e0 la nature juridique de la cause sahraouie comme une question classique de d\u00e9colonisation ou \u00e0 la situation de bellig\u00e9rance dans le conflit entre les deux parties, \u00e0 savoir, le Front Polisario et le Royaume du Maroc \u00bb, a en effet rappel\u00e9 M. Mohamed Salem Ould Salek qui a estim\u00e9 que l\u2019approche actuelle adopt\u00e9e par le Conseil de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 est injuste et n’a pas d’avenir \u00bb car explique-t-il, \u00ab nous pouvons dire que le conflit sahraoui-marocain est entr\u00e9 dans une \u00e9tape de solution pacifique, consensuelle, r\u00e9aliste, juste et d\u00e9finitive que \u00ab le jour o\u00f9 le Conseil de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 fixera la date \u00e0 laquelle la MINURSO organisera le r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum, pour lequel elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 institu\u00e9e, et qui en plus justifie sa pr\u00e9sence sur notre territoire et o\u00f9 le Maroc renouvellera son engagement et son adh\u00e9sion au Plan de R\u00e8glement \u00bb. \u00ab Aujourd’hui, nous assistons, avec rejet et d\u00e9sapprobation \u00e0 la poursuite des tentatives injustes visant \u00e0 confisquer le droit du peuple sahraoui \u00e0 l’autod\u00e9termination, \u00e0 l’ind\u00e9pendance et \u00e0 la souverainet\u00e9, en totale violation des r\u00e9solutions de la l\u00e9galit\u00e9 internationale \u00bb a fait savoir M. Mohamed Salem Ould Salek qui avertira que la guerre, qui ne s’arr\u00eatera plus jusqu’\u00e0 la fin de l’occupation marocaine ill\u00e9gale de notre pays et le respect de nos fronti\u00e8res et les droits sacr\u00e9s de notre peuple pour lesquels il a tant sacrifi\u00e9 et sacrifiera encore avec toutes ses forces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
