Le P\u00f4le p\u00e9nal sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la lutte contre le crime financier et \u00e9conomique pr\u00e8s le tribunal de Sidi M’hamed (Alger) a report\u00e9, hier, au 15 novembre prochain, le proc\u00e8s de l’ancien ministre de la Jeunesse et des sports, Mohamed Hattab. Ce report fait suite \u00e0 la demande du collectif de d\u00e9fense. Mohamed Hattab est poursuivi pour \u00ab\u00a0dilapidation de deniers publics, abus de fonction et octroi d’indus avantages\u00a0\u00bb alors qu’il \u00e9tait wali de Mostaganem. Par ailleurs, le p\u00f4le p\u00e9nal financier et \u00e9conomique pr\u00e8s le tribunal de Sidi M’hamed (Cour d’Alger) a report\u00e9, \u00e9galement, le proc\u00e8s des propri\u00e9taires du groupe Condor, en l’occurrence les fr\u00e8res Benhamadi, au 8 novembre prochain sur demande de la D\u00e9fense. Les propri\u00e9taires du groupe et les coaccus\u00e9s sont poursuivis pour notamment \u00ab\u00a0blanchiment d’argent et dilapidation de deniers publics, incitation de fonctionnaires publics de diff\u00e9rents secteurs et b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de leur pouvoir pour l’obtention d’indus avantages, et financement occulte de partis politiques\u00a0\u00bb. En sus des fr\u00e8res Benhamadi, sont impliqu\u00e9s dans cette affaire des cadres de plusieurs secteurs, \u00e0 l’instar de la Poste et des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications, la Sant\u00e9, les Transports et la Banque ext\u00e9rieure d’Alg\u00e9rie (BEA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
