Ce programme qui est le fruit de la collaboration entre l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie et l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne, indiquait M. Zeghdar, <strong>\u00abest d\u2019une grande importance&nbsp; en cette conjoncture o\u00f9 l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie conna\u00eet une v\u00e9ritable dynamique de renouvellement de sa politique \u00e9conomique&nbsp; et industrielle\u00bb. <\/strong>Ce projet intervient, selon le ministre, dans une phase critique durant laquelle l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie vit d\u2019importantes transformations de sa politique \u00e9conomique et industrielle, dans le cadre d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de r\u00e9formes fondamentales en Alg\u00e9rie. Le premier responsable du secteur de l\u2019industrie a pr\u00e9conis\u00e9 notamment de mettre \u00e0 profit <strong>\u00abces exp\u00e9riences r\u00e9ussies d\u2019\u00e9conomies performantes et \u00e9mergentes afin de renforcer les fondements de notre industrie et relever le d\u00e9fi de la diversification \u00e9conomique, dont notre gouvernement a fait un objectif qui doit \u00eatre atteint \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions et des affaires climat de nos institutions\u00bb.&nbsp; <\/strong>A cet effet, ajoute M. Zeghdar, une feuille de route a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place par le gouvernement afin de relancer la machine \u00e9conomique&nbsp; qui repose sur une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de ressources durables et sur les comp\u00e9tences nationales en dehors des hydrocarbures. Des r\u00e9formes, explique-t-il, qui visent \u00e0 moderniser le syst\u00e8me bancaire et financier, qui est \u00e0 la base de toutes les r\u00e9formes \u00e9conomiques ainsi que l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du climat des affaires par des facilit\u00e9s et la simplification des proc\u00e9dures de cr\u00e9ation d\u2019institutions et d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019immobilier industriel, ainsi qu\u2019aux pr\u00eats et \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des services publics.Toujours dans l\u2019optique de la diversification de l\u2019\u00e9conomie nationale, M. Zeghdar a assur\u00e9 <strong>que \u00able gouvernement accorde une grande importance \u00e0 l\u2019implication de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et de tous les acteurs \u00e9conomiques dans la prise de d\u00e9cision\u00bb.<\/strong> Une d\u00e9marche qui garantit, ajoute-t-il, plus de transparence dans nos \u00e9changes. \u00ab<strong>C\u2019est la m\u00e9thodologie que nous avons adopt\u00e9e \u00e0 travers notre feuille de route qui garde \u00e0 l\u2019esprit l\u2019\u00e9quilibre r\u00e9gional pour ne pas exclure des r\u00e9gions int\u00e9rieures \u00bb.<\/strong> M. Zeghdar, assurera ainsi qu\u2019avec cette nouvelle approche, tous les facteurs sont r\u00e9unis pour surmonter les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es par nos entreprises industrielles.
