Ces entit\u00e9s sont tenues, selon le Premier ministre, de se pr\u00e9senter spontan\u00e9ment aupr\u00e8s des services de l\u2019administration fiscale, au plus tard le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2022, afin de r\u00e9gulariser leur situation et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier ainsi d&rsquo;une amnistie fiscale. Plus explicite, le premier argentier du pays a expliqu\u00e9 devant la commission des finances et du budget de l&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e populaire nationale (APN), que <strong>\u00ables personnes physiques et morales non identifi\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s des services fiscaux, exer\u00e7ant des activit\u00e9s d&rsquo;achat revente, de production, de travaux ou de services, non d\u00e9clar\u00e9es, qui se pr\u00e9sentent spontan\u00e9ment, au plus tard le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2022, pour s&rsquo;identifier, ne sont pas passibles de sanctions fiscales, sous r\u00e9serve que l&rsquo;accomplissement de la formalit\u00e9 d&rsquo;identification spontan\u00e9e, intervienne avant l&rsquo;enclenchement d&rsquo;une op\u00e9ration de contr\u00f4le fiscal\u00bb<\/strong>. Cette mesure vise, selon la m\u00eame source, \u00e0 offrir la possibilit\u00e9 aux contribuables exer\u00e7ant des activit\u00e9s non d\u00e9clar\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;administration fiscale, de s&rsquo;identifier spontan\u00e9ment au plus tard le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2022, <strong>\u00absans \u00eatre poursuivis pour le paiement des impositions se rapportant \u00e0 leurs situation ant\u00e9rieures \u00e0 la date de leur identification spontan\u00e9e\u00bb.&nbsp; <\/strong>Et d\u2019ajouter&nbsp;: <strong>\u00abcette disposition d&rsquo;inclusion fiscale, faisant partie des recommandations des assises nationales sur la fiscalit\u00e9, organis\u00e9es au titre de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2020\u00bb. <\/strong>Cette mesure qui vise principalement la migration vers le secteur formel, des contribuables exer\u00e7ant dans l&rsquo;informel dont les activit\u00e9s repr\u00e9sentent, selon les sp\u00e9cialistes, pr\u00e9s de 40% du PIB soit plus de 40 milliards de dollars. Une cagnotte importante que l\u2019Etat compte capter en vue de l\u2019int\u00e9grer dans le circuit bancaire. L&rsquo;accomplissement de cette formalit\u00e9 d&rsquo;identification spontan\u00e9e est affranchie, selon le Premier ministre, de toutes poursuites par les services fiscaux pour ce qui concerne leurs situations ant\u00e9rieures \u00e0 cette date, \u00e0 condition que ladite formalit\u00e9 intervienne avant toutes actions de contr\u00f4le des services fiscaux. Rappelons que le gouvernement pr\u00e9voit dans son plan d&rsquo;action adopt\u00e9 en septembre pass\u00e9 par les deux chambres du Parlement, plusieurs mesures pour \u00ab\u00a0le renforcement de l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration du secteur informel dans le circuit l\u00e9gal\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fai\u00e7al
