Le ministre de l’Int\u00e9rieur, des Collectivit\u00e9s locales et de l’Am\u00e9nagement du territoire, Kamal Beldjoud qui supervisait, hier, l’ouverture des travaux de la 7\u00e8me session du Comit\u00e9 mixte frontalier alg\u00e9ro-nig\u00e9rien a assur\u00e9 que \u00abla s\u00e9curisation des fronti\u00e8res alg\u00e9ro-nig\u00e9riennes est une responsabilit\u00e9 commune qui doit \u00eatre plac\u00e9e au centre de la coop\u00e9ration bilat\u00e9rale et doit figurer parmi les priorit\u00e9s afin de promouvoir les r\u00e9gions frontali\u00e8res\u00bb. <\/strong>Et d\u2019ajouter : \u00abla recrudescence des actes terroristes dans notre r\u00e9gion est la preuve de la prolif\u00e9ration de ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne criminel transfrontalier et de sa complexit\u00e9\u00bb. <\/strong>Des Ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne, pr\u00e9cisait-il, qui se d\u00e9veloppe sous plusieurs formes et se range sous la banni\u00e8re du terrorisme, des groupes de contrebande, de trafic d’armes, de drogues et de psychotropes, outre les r\u00e9seaux d’\u00e9migration clandestine. A cet effet, M. Beldjoud estime que les Etats doivent renforcer la coop\u00e9ration et la coordination en vue de pr\u00e9venir ses dangers, affirmant au passage que \u00abnous devons, en tant que pays voisins, renforcer la coop\u00e9ration bilat\u00e9rale dans le cadre d’une strat\u00e9gie compl\u00e9mentaire pour faire face aux r\u00e9seaux de traite et de trafic d’\u00eatres humains\u00bb<\/strong> afin de faire face \u00e0 cette situation dangereuse. Plus explicite, le ministre de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que \u00abla migration clandestine est devenue d\u00e9sormais une des formes de la criminalit\u00e9 organis\u00e9e transfrontali\u00e8re, encadr\u00e9e par des r\u00e9seaux qui s’adonnent \u00e0 la traite des personnes et s’allient aux groupes terroristes pour \u00e9largir leur pouvoir dans la r\u00e9gion\u00bb. <\/strong>Insistant ,dans ce contexte, sur le r\u00f4le important des poste-fronti\u00e8res en mati\u00e8re de coordination s\u00e9curitaire et de d\u00e9veloppement des \u00e9conomies des deux pays ainsi que les mesures prises par l’Alg\u00e9rie pour le d\u00e9veloppement de ces postes. Continuant sur sa lanc\u00e9e, le ministre a soulign\u00e9 que \u00abl’Alg\u00e9rie qui est devenue la destination d’un nombre important de migrants clandestins de diff\u00e9rentes nationalit\u00e9s repr\u00e9sentant 46 pays africains et certains pays non africains, a mobilis\u00e9 toutes les ressources humaines et mat\u00e9rielles pour la gestion des flux incessants des migrants, pr\u00e9server leur dignit\u00e9 et leur r\u00e9server un traitement humanitaire, en les prenant en charge sur le plan sanitaire et en les expatriant vers leurs pays d’origine, conform\u00e9ment aux us et chartes internationales\u00bb. <\/strong>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 alg\u00e9rien, nous sommes pr\u00eats \u00e0 ouvrir ce poste-fronti\u00e8re et \u00e0 fournir aide et assistance \u00e0 la partie nig\u00e9rienne dans cette d\u00e9marche\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il assur\u00e9 tout en annon\u00e7ant la prochaine r\u00e9habilitation du poste frontalier d’In Guezzam qui sera r\u00e9habilit\u00e9 suivant les normes modernes utilis\u00e9es dans la gestion des points de passage, et ce en pr\u00e9vision de sa r\u00e9ouverture au trafic commercial, une fois toutes les conditions r\u00e9unies. Enfin, convaincu que ces perspectives ne peuvent pas \u00eatre atteintes sans d\u00e9velopper les \u00e9conomies des pays de la r\u00e9gion, M. Beldjoud a plaid\u00e9 en faveur de l\u2019intensification \u00a0\u00bb des \u00e9changes commerciaux et l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de v\u00e9ritables projets d’investissement \u00e0 m\u00eame de contribuer \u00e0 l’absorption du taux de ch\u00f4mage et \u00e0 la s\u00e9dentarisation des populations des r\u00e9gions frontali\u00e8res en leur \u00e9vitant les risques de l’\u00e9migration clandestine, exploit\u00e9e par des r\u00e9seaux criminels dangereux\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
