Ainsi, le projet de loi, qui modifie l\u2019article 41 de la loi de Finances 2001 et abroge l&rsquo;article 209 de la loi de finances 2002, stipule que \u00ab\u00a0les logements du secteur public locatif \u00e0 caract\u00e8re social financ\u00e9s sur concours d\u00e9finitif du budget de l\u2019Etat sont incessibles \u00e0 compter du 31 d\u00e9cembre 2022\u00a0\u00bb. Le PLF 2022, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dimanche par le Premier ministre, ministre des Finances, A\u00efmene Benabderrahmane, \u00e0 la commission de l&rsquo;APN, \u00ab\u00a0entend d\u00e9ployer un cadre nouveau \u00e0 ce segment de logement public locatif \u00e0 travers l\u2019adoption d\u2019un cadre juridique appropri\u00e9 et des incitations financi\u00e8res\u00a0\u00bb, lit-on dans l&rsquo;expos\u00e9 des motifs du projet de loi.
