Lors de cette s\u00e9ance, la directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019administration fiscale a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9, selon un communiqu\u00e9 de l\u2019APN, un expos\u00e9 sur les principales dispositions fiscales pr\u00e9vues dans ce projet, en expliquant que <strong>\u00abces dispositions visent notamment la r\u00e9duction de la pression fiscale sur les entreprises et les citoyens \u00e0 travers l\u2019application d\u2019un taux r\u00e9duit de 9% de la TVA et la r\u00e9vision du bar\u00e8me de l\u2019IRG\u00bb, <\/strong>ajoutant au passage que <strong>\u00abces dispositions permettront d\u2019\u00e9largir l\u2019assiette fiscale notamment le champ d\u2019application de l\u2019imp\u00f4t sur le revenu global et la r\u00e9vision de l\u2019imp\u00f4t impos\u00e9&nbsp; aux activit\u00e9s agricoles et l\u2019imp\u00f4t sur les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices qui tiendra compte de la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 de chaque activit\u00e9 et chaque r\u00e9gion\u00bb. <\/strong>Par ailleurs, la premi\u00e8re responsable de l\u2019administration fiscale a indiqu\u00e9 que <strong>\u00ables revenus de la location des biens immobiliers seront soumis \u00e0 des taxes de 7%, 10% et 15% et l\u2019annulation de la TVA pour les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de raffinage du sucre\u00bb<\/strong>, tout en soulignant dans la foul\u00e9e que ce projet de loi a pr\u00e9vu plusieurs dispositions afin d\u2019encourager l\u2019investissement et la production nationale via principalement l\u2019\u00e9largissement des exon\u00e9rations accord\u00e9es aux start-up et aux microentreprises. Plus explicite, Madame Abdelatif a annonc\u00e9 que \u00able projet de loi de finances 2022&nbsp; a institu\u00e9 un imp\u00f4t forfaitaire de 2% sur les marchandises import\u00e9es destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la revente en l\u2019\u00e9tat et la mobilisation des ressources fiscales de la collectivit\u00e9 locale \u00e0 travers notamment le syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9claration et de payement pour les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s au niveau du si\u00e8ge principal&nbsp; et la possibilit\u00e9 du payement des imp\u00f4ts \u00e0 distance en utilisant les moyens de payement \u00e9lectronique. En outre, Elle a annonc\u00e9 qu\u2019un imp\u00f4t de 7% sera impos\u00e9 sur les biens immobiliers vacants et le transfert des revenus de la taxe d\u2019habitation au profit du budget de la
