Un important quota de logements sociaux sera distribu\u00e9. Le premier responsable de la wilaya d&rsquo;Annaba, Djamel Eddine Berrimi a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9, hier, en marge de sa visite d\u2019inspection de plusieurs&nbsp; projets, dont la gare maritime et l\u2019h\u00f4tel Seybouse, que <strong>\u00ables cl\u00e9s des logements sociaux seront remis le jour de la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de l\u2019anniversaire du 1er novembre 1954\u00bb, <\/strong>ajoutant au passage que <strong>\u00abla wilaya d&rsquo;Annaba b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&rsquo;un nouveau quota de logements sociaux, dont les travaux seront lanc\u00e9s&nbsp; tr\u00e8s prochainement dans la nouvelle ville de Draa Errich\u00bb. <\/strong>Cette d\u00e9claration du premier responsable de l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif de la wilaya d&rsquo;Annaba a co\u00efncid\u00e9 avec le processus de relogement initi\u00e9 par les autorit\u00e9s locales au profit de 151 familles de la commune d&rsquo;El Bouni, dans le cadre de la suppression de l&rsquo;habitat pr\u00e9caire. En attendant le jour J, il est utile de rappeler que cette&nbsp; premi\u00e8re op\u00e9ration de relogement lanc\u00e9e hier, a \u00e9t\u00e9 supervis\u00e9e par l\u2019Office de promotion et de gestion immobili\u00e8re (OPGI) d\u2019Annaba, les services de la commune d&rsquo;El Bouni et les diff\u00e9rents secteurs concern\u00e9s par cette op\u00e9ration. Tous les moyens humains et mat\u00e9riels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mobilis\u00e9s par les services de l\u2019APC, sous l\u2019\u0153il vigilant des services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s sur le site. R\u00e9partis dans les localit\u00e9s de Boukhadra, Bidari et Ziraoui Mihoub, relevant de la da\u00efra d\u2019El Bouni, les 151 logements sur un quota de 248 unit\u00e9s, ont \u00e0 leur actif un important retard dans la r\u00e9alisation. Lanc\u00e9s en 2010, les 248 logements sociaux ont fini par \u00eatre attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 leurs demandeurs. Des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires qui ont v\u00e9cu pour la plupart, deux \u00e0 trois d\u00e9cennies, dans des conditions difficiles. Ces zones fragiles se sont transform\u00e9es avec le temps en une favela o\u00f9, m\u00eame les services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ne pouvaient acc\u00e9der. Le relogement de ces familles va permettre \u00e0 la wilaya de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer des centaines d\u2019assiettes fonci\u00e8res, pouvant lui permettre de lancer des projets notamment, les \u00e9quipements publics au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des nouveaux occupants des logements et d\u2019en faire b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des services de l\u2019administration. D\u2019ailleurs, les bulldozers pr\u00e9sents sur les lieux, et au fur et \u00e0 mesure que les familles quittaient leurs constructions pr\u00e9caires, proc\u00e9daient \u00e0 la d\u00e9molition syst\u00e9matique.
