C\u2019est ce qu\u2019a indiqu\u00e9 l\u2019historien fran\u00e7ais Guy Pervill\u00e9, dans une interview accord\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019APS, pr\u00e9cisant que \u00ab&nbsp;pour un historien fran\u00e7ais, le 1<sup>er<\/sup>&nbsp;novembre 1954 est la date \u00e0 partir de laquelle est devenu de plus en plus \u00e9vident l\u2019\u00e9chec des gouvernements fran\u00e7ais successifs, depuis un si\u00e8cle, \u00e0 faire de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie une nouvelle province&nbsp;\u00bb, mais aussi \u00ab<strong>un \u00e9chec particuli\u00e8rement manifeste de la part des R\u00e9publicains, qui apr\u00e8s avoir proclam\u00e9 en 1848 l\u2019assimilation de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie \u00e0 la R\u00e9publique fran\u00e7aise, avaient rejet\u00e9 le royaume arabe, pr\u00e9conis\u00e9 par Napol\u00e9on III de1860 \u00e0 1870\u00bb. <\/strong>&nbsp;Il expliquera que la pr\u00e9conisation de Napol\u00e9on III, visait <strong>\u00ab\u00e0 une assimilation pythique en&nbsp; ignorant les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s d\u00e9mographiques&nbsp;\u00bb,<\/strong> qualifiant d\u2019 \u00abirr\u00e9aliste\u00bb la politique suivie en Alg\u00e9rie&nbsp;par la France de 1830 \u00e0 1962.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00abEt pourtant en 1944, le gouvernement provisoire de la R\u00e9publique fran\u00e7aise (GPRF) si\u00e9geant \u00e0 Alger, avait reconnu la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de faire en sorte que \u2018les Fran\u00e7ais musulmans d\u2019Alg\u00e9rie\u2019 deviennent des citoyens \u00e9gaux en droit et en fait aux autres citoyens Fran\u00e7ais d\u2019Alg\u00e9rie et de France\u00bb,<\/strong> tenait \u00e0 rappeler Guy Pervill\u00e9, relevant toutefois que <strong>\u00able programme des r\u00e9formes politiques, \u00e9conomiques et sociales, adopt\u00e9 par le GPRF, avait besoin de beaucoup plus de dix ans pour rattraper le si\u00e8cle qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 perdu\u00bb.<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>C\u2019est dans ce sillage que cet historien fran\u00e7ais, a relev\u00e9 qu\u2019apr\u00e8s le 1<sup>er<\/sup>&nbsp;novembre 1954, les dirigeants de la IV R\u00e9publique ont tent\u00e9 de&nbsp;<strong>\u00abmener de front, la reconqu\u00eate militaire et l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration des r\u00e9formes, avant que le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral De Gaule, rappel\u00e9 au pouvoir en 1958 pour sauver \u2018l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie fran\u00e7aise\u2019 et la R\u00e9publique, choisisse de retourner la politique suivie depuis plus d\u2019un si\u00e8cle \u00bb.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se pronon\u00e7ant au sujet de ce qui emp\u00eache la r\u00e9conciliation des m\u00e9moires entre l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie et la France, cet historien a estim\u00e9 que <strong>\u00abla raison demeure toujours la m\u00eame depuis plus d\u2019un quart de si\u00e8cle&nbsp;\u00bb, citant notamment \u00ab&nbsp;la revendication de repentance de la France\u00bb.<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>Il estime dans ce sens, que cela <strong>\u00aba provoqu\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9chec de&nbsp; la n\u00e9gociation du Trait\u00e9 d\u2019amiti\u00e9 franco- alg\u00e9rien propos\u00e9 par le pr\u00e9sident Jacques Chirac<\/strong>\u00bb se r\u00e9f\u00e9rant aux m\u00e9moires \u00e9crits par cet ancien pr\u00e9sident Fran\u00e7ais qui avait d\u00e9clar\u00e9 en 2011 que <strong>\u00able principal obstacle viendra de l\u2019acte de repentance que le gouvernement alg\u00e9rien nous demande quelques mois plus tard de faire figurer dans le pr\u00e9ambule, acte par lequel la France exprimerait ses regrets pour les torts port\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie durant la p\u00e9riode coloniale\u00bb.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il citera une autre fois le d\u00e9funt pr\u00e9sident fran\u00e7ais Jacques Chirac en indiquant que l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident fran\u00e7ais avait \u00e9crit <strong>\u00abce qu\u2019exigent de &nbsp;nous les autorit\u00e9s alg\u00e9riennes n\u2019est rien d\u2019autre que la reconnaissance officielle d\u2019une culpabilit\u00e9, je ne l\u2019ai naturellement pas accept\u00e9\u00bb.<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>Cet historien Fran\u00e7ais explique que les trois pr\u00e9sidents qui se sont succ\u00e9d\u00e9s apr\u00e8s Jacques Chirac <strong>\u00abont \u00e9t\u00e9 confort\u00e9s plus ou moins ouvertement \u00e0 la m\u00eame revendication, mais sans r\u00e9sultat&nbsp;\u00bb,<\/strong> abordant par la suite le sujet relatif aux d\u00e9clarations de l\u2019actuel pr\u00e9sident Fran\u00e7ais, Emmanuel Macron \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie en&nbsp; estimant qu\u2019 <strong>\u00abil est vraisemblable que la conjoncture \u00e9lectorale joue un r\u00f4le dans les d\u00e9clarations d\u2019Emmanuel Macron, comme celles de 2017\u00bb.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il rappellera qu\u2019en 2017 que le candidat Macron <strong>\u00abavait fortement sollicit\u00e9 la bienveillance des \u00e9lecteurs franco-alg\u00e9riens en qualifiant la colonisation de \u2018crime contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9\u2019 au risque de provoquer le ressentiment durable des d\u00e9fenseurs des&nbsp; Fran\u00e7ais d\u2019Alg\u00e9rie\u00bb<\/strong> ajoutant que \u00ab<strong>par la suite le pr\u00e9sident Macron a voulu poursuivre &nbsp;la r\u00e9conciliation avec l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie tout en s\u2019effor\u00e7ant de donner des satisfactions aux autres groupes m\u00e9moriels rivaux qui coexistent en France\u00bb.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
