Le ministre affiche son soutien \u00e0 cette nouvelle chaine internationale, lanc\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du 67e anniversaire du d\u00e9clenchement du combat lib\u00e9rateur du pays, saluant sur son passage, \u00ab la symbolique forte et multidimensionnelle du choix du rendez vous pour le lancement de ce nouvel \u00e9difice m\u00e9diatique, vitrine de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur \u00bb.Il saisira l\u2019occasion pour \u00e9voquer les chantiers lanc\u00e9s pour la r\u00e9forme des m\u00e9dias, notamment la presse \u00e9lectronique en indiquant que \u00ab les m\u00e9dias en ligne demeurent au c\u0153ur des pr\u00e9occupations du secteur au vu de leur r\u00f4le efficace, voire strat\u00e9gique dans l\u2019accompagnement de l\u2019\u00e8re du num\u00e9rique \u00bb, saluant&nbsp; \u00e0 ce propos les propri\u00e9taires des sites \u00ab respectueux du d\u00e9cret ex\u00e9cutif relatif \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9, notamment en terme d\u2019h\u00e9bergement sous le domaine \u2018DZ\u2019 \u00bb. Le ministre de la communication estime , dans ce sens, que \u00ab l\u2019affluence consid\u00e9rable de ces sites sur l\u2019op\u00e9ration d\u2019enregistrement au niveau du minist\u00e8re de la communication se veut un autre signe positif \u00bb, relevant le nombre de sites enregistr\u00e9s qui s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 plus de 140 et d\u2019autres dossiers sont en cours d\u2019examen.\u00ab Le secteur de la communication s\u2019att\u00e8le \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de la loi relative \u00e0 la publicit\u00e9 qui fixera les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019attribution de la publicit\u00e9 publique conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 des crit\u00e8res objectifs et professionnels qui s\u2019appliquent \u00e0 tous y compris aux sites \u00e9lectronique \u00bb, tenait \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser Amar Belhimer, indiquant que \u00ab dans l\u2019attente de la promulgation de cette loi, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019introduction de 15 crit\u00e8res dans les conventions que signera l\u2019ANEP pour tout b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire de la publicit\u00e9 publique dans le cadre d\u2019une relation contractuelle engageant toutes les parties signataires
