Et pour cause, les listes ind\u00e9pendantes ont op\u00e9r\u00e9 un v\u00e9ritable forcing que ce soit pour les assembl\u00e9es populaires communales ou pour l\u2019assembl\u00e9e populaire de wilaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, sur les 104 listes d\u00e9finitivement valid\u00e9es, pour les assembl\u00e9es populaires communales,&nbsp; seule s11 d\u2019entre elles sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es sous des \u00e9tendards partisans, le reste, soit 93 listes sont sans \u00e9tiquette politique. Du jamais vu depuis les op\u00e9rations de vote qui ont eu lieu depuis l\u2019av\u00e8nement du multipartisme dans le pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019autre fait marquant, c\u2019est aussi l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 du nombre de listes, entre celles partisanes et celles ind\u00e9pendantes pour l\u2018assembl\u00e9e de wilaya et c\u2019est la premi\u00e8re fois que des listes sans appartenance politique sont en course pour cette institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les six listes valid\u00e9es pour l\u2019assembl\u00e9e populaire de wilaya de Bejaia, trois sont sans \u00e9tiquettes politiques, appel\u00e9es \u00e0 une course \u00e9lectorale pour les 44 si\u00e8ges dont est pourvue cette institution \u00e9lue qui est un organe d\u00e9lib\u00e9rateur.Cette situation est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 attendue, tant que la vox populi n\u2019a jamais cess\u00e9 de lancer d\u2019acerbes critiques en direction des partis politiques ayant eu la charge de g\u00e9rer les assembl\u00e9es communales et celle de wilaya depuis 1997 \u00e0 ce jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est ainsi fort probable de voir les partis traditionnels, comme le FFS et le FLN perdre des plumes lors du scrutin du 27 novembre prochain, au d\u00e9triment des listes ind\u00e9pendantes essentiellement compos\u00e9es de jeunes universitaires et animateurs du mouvement associatif.C\u2019est dans cette optique que des observateurs de la sc\u00e8ne politique locale, parlent d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u2019un vote sanction contre les listes partisanes dont la gestion pass\u00e9e est qualifi\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle des communes et de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e de wilaya de \u00ab chaotique \u00bb.Face \u00e0 cette nouvelle donne, des militants de certains partis politiques, avaient tent\u00e9 de dissuader des citoyens d\u2019appuyer les listes ind\u00e9pendantes et de faire campagne pour eux.C\u2019est ce que nous ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 des candidats ind\u00e9pendants pour l\u2019assembl\u00e9e populaire communale de Bejaia qui disent avoir eux aussi subi des pressions de la part des sympathisants de certaines formations politiques, dans le but d\u2019abandonner l\u2019id\u00e9e de pr\u00e9senter une liste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Boubekeur Amrani&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>C\u2019est un rendez vous \u00e9lectoral in\u00e9dit dans l\u2019histoire des \u00e9lections dans la wilaya de B\u00e9ja\u00efa.
