du collectif d\u2019avocats de la d\u00e9fense, au 5 d\u00e9cembre prochain&nbsp; du proc\u00e8s de Bilal Tahkout, fils de l\u2019homme d\u2019affaires Mahiedine Tahkout, poursuivi dans le dossier de \u00ab Cima Motors \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fils de Mahiedine Tahkout ainsi que Brahim, Ali et Hamid Tahkout et la repr\u00e9sentante l\u00e9gale de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Tahkout \u00ab Cima Motors \u00bb, sont poursuivis pour entrave au bon d\u00e9roulement de la justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notons par ailleurs que la sixi\u00e8me chambre p\u00e9nale de la Cour d\u2019Alger, a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 hier de reporter au 28 novembre, le proc\u00e8s de l\u2019homme d\u2019affaires Mahiedine Tahkout, poursuivi pour corruption aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s d\u2019anciens responsables, dont les deux anciens Premiers ministres, Abdelmalek Sellal et Ahmed Ouyahia et le report a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 \u00e0 la demande du collectif d\u2019avocats de la d\u00e9fense, en raison de l\u2019hospitalisation de l\u2019un des accus\u00e9s Rachid Tahkout en l\u2019occurrence.L\u2019affaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 inscrite au r\u00f4le&nbsp; de la sixi\u00e8me chambre p\u00e9nale de la Cour d\u2019Alger suite au rejet signifi\u00e9&nbsp; en mai dernier par la Cour supr\u00eame de tous les pourvois en cassation introduits par les accus\u00e9s et accept\u00e9 celui du parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral concernant la d\u00e9cision rendue pour certaines accusations et la peine prononc\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de certains accus\u00e9s le 18 novembre 2020.Le procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et l\u2019agent judiciaire du Tr\u00e9sor public ainsi que tous les pr\u00e9venus ont introduit des pourvois en cassation suite \u00e0 quoi un nouveau proc\u00e8s a \u00e9t\u00e9 programm\u00e9 apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9ponse favorable de la Cour Supr\u00eame aux pourvois en cassation introduits par le parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, des parties civiles et l\u2019agent judiciaire du Tr\u00e9sor public.La Cour d\u2019Alger avait condamn\u00e9 le 18 novembre 2020&nbsp; l\u2019homme d\u2019affaires Mahiedine Tahkout \u00e0 une peine de prison ferme de 14 ans et les deux&nbsp; anciens Premiers ministres, Ablemalek Sellal et Ahmed Ouyahia \u00e0 une peine de 5 ann\u00e9es de prison ferme.Les anciens ministres, Youcef Yousfi et Amar Ghoul ont&nbsp; \u00e9cop\u00e9 de de 18 mois de prison avec sursis quant \u00e0 l\u2019ancien ministre Abdelghani Zaalane, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 acquitt\u00e9.Les pr\u00e9venus sont pour rappel, poursuivis pour \u00ab blanchiment d\u2019argent \u00bb, \u00ab obtention d\u2019indus privil\u00e8ges \u00bb, \u00ab dilapidation de deniers publics \u00bb, \u00ab abus de fonction \u00bb et \u00ab conflits d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Boubekeur
