Bien que la transplantation r\u00e9nale soit ma\u00eetris\u00e9e au sein cet \u00e9tablissement, les soucis restent tout de m\u00eame pr\u00e9sents. Dans ce cadre, le m\u00eame responsable a affirm\u00e9 avoir rencontr\u00e9 quelques soucis surtout au niveau administratif dans la mesure o\u00f9 il est difficile de mobiliser toutes les capacit\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaires dans le but de faciliter le travail des professeurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s en transplantation r\u00e9nale ainsi que l\u2019ensemble du staff m\u00e9dical et param\u00e9dical concern\u00e9. N\u00e9anmoins, cela ne freine en aucun cas cette chirurgie vitale, notamment pour les insuffisances r\u00e9nales aigu\u00ebs. C\u2019est pourquoi, nous dit-on, un programme est en cours de discussion, afin de r\u00e9aliser dans les prochains jours d\u2019autres op\u00e9rations du m\u00eame genre. Par ailleurs, les donneurs sont venus de diverses wilayas de l\u2019Est a fait savoir le directeur du CHU d\u2019Annaba. L\u2019interlocuteur n\u2019a pas omis de fait part de ses regrets quant au retard occasionn\u00e9 par la pand\u00e9mie du Covid-19, qui a malheureusement retard\u00e9 les op\u00e9rations programm\u00e9es de greffes r\u00e9nales que l\u2019h\u00f4pital Ibn Rochd, essaye de reprendre progressivement, avec la cadence habituelle. Par ailleurs le directeur du CHU d\u2019Annaba a tenu \u00e0 rappeler qu\u2019une prise en charge pr\u00e9coce des maladies r\u00e9nales accompagn\u00e9es d\u2019un bon suivi et d\u2019un bon traitement th\u00e9rapeutique, \u00e9viteraient aux malades des complications, \u00e0 l\u2019instar de la crise cardiaque et de l\u2019insuffisance r\u00e9nale car, cette derni\u00e8re demeure contraignante pour le patient qui doit imp\u00e9rativement suivre des s\u00e9ances de dialyse de 4h\/ jour \u00e0 raison de deux fois par semaine. Par ailleurs, il est utile de noter que, l\u2019h\u00f4pital Ibn Rochd, enregistre depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es une r\u00e9volution dans ce type de chirurgie vitale pour des dizaines de patients atteints d\u2019insuffisance r\u00e9nale.
