Selon&nbsp;notre&nbsp;source, l\u2019affaire a trait au d\u00e9tournement d\u2019un milliard de centimes du compte d&rsquo;un client, par le directeur d\u2019une agence&nbsp;&nbsp;bancaire, sis au centre-ville de la ville de Biskra.&nbsp;Le client a aussit\u00f4t d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une plainte aupr\u00e8s des services de la s\u00fbret\u00e9 de wilaya de Biskra, indiquant que son compte a fait l\u2019objet du d\u00e9tournement d&rsquo;une somme d&rsquo;un milliard de centimes, nous dit-on. D\u00e8s que la faille financi\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couverte sur le compte du plaignant, le m\u00eame gestionnaire, le directeur de l\u2019agence bancaire en l\u2019occurrence, a vir\u00e9 le m\u00eame montant du compte bancaire vers le compte du client, afin de se d\u00e9faire des poursuites judiciaires, a ajout\u00e9 ladite source. Or, les enqu\u00eateurs de la brigade \u00e9conomique et financi\u00e8re&nbsp;ont consid\u00e9r\u00e9 cet autre acte comme un deuxi\u00e8me trou financier, a expliqu\u00e9 notre source. Les r\u00e9sultats des investigations et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la mise sous presse, ont abouti \u00e0 un double d\u00e9tournement de fonds, le premier sur le compte du client plaignant et le second sur le compte de l\u2019agence bancaire.
