{"id":14202,"date":"2021-11-29T00:01:00","date_gmt":"2021-11-28T23:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/?p=14202"},"modified":"2021-11-28T19:26:40","modified_gmt":"2021-11-28T18:26:40","slug":"justice-le-proces-de-hamid-melzi-renvoye-au-12-decembre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/index.php\/2021\/11\/29\/justice-le-proces-de-hamid-melzi-renvoye-au-12-decembre\/","title":{"rendered":"Justice : Le proc\u00e8s de Hamid Melzi renvoy\u00e9 au 12 d\u00e9cembre"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Cour&nbsp;d\u2019Alger&nbsp;a report\u00e9&nbsp;hier&nbsp;le proc\u00e8s en appel des jugements de premi\u00e8re instance prononc\u00e9 contre&nbsp;&nbsp;Hamid Melzi ancien directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la r\u00e9sidence d\u2019Etat \u00ab Sahel \u00bb et ses coaccus\u00e9s&nbsp;au 12 d\u00e9cembre prochain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour rappel, le p\u00f4le \u00e9conomique et financier pr\u00e8s le tribunal de Sidi M\u2019Hamed a condamn\u00e9&nbsp;l\u2019ex-DG&nbsp;de la r\u00e9sidence d\u2019Etat \u00ab Sahel \u00bb \u00e0 une peine de prison de cinq ann\u00e9es ferme assortie d\u2019une amende de 8&nbsp;millions de dinars dans une affaire de corruption dans laquelle sont \u00e9galement poursuivis d\u2019autres responsables, dont les deux anciens Premiers ministres, Ahmed Ouyahia et Abdelmalek Sellal.&nbsp;L\u2019ancien&nbsp;premier ministre, Ahmed Ouyahia a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 une peine de 6 de prison ferme assortie d\u2019une amende de 1&nbsp;million de dinars et Abdelmalek Sellal a \u00e9cop\u00e9 de 5 de prison ferme assortie d\u2019une amende de 1million de&nbsp;dinars.&nbsp;Les fils&nbsp;de&nbsp;Hamid Melzi,&nbsp;&nbsp;Ahmed, Salim et Mouloud, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9s \u00e0 2 ans de prison ferme assortis&nbsp;de 8&nbsp;millions de dinars son quatri\u00e8me fils a \u00e9cop\u00e9 de une ann\u00e9e de prison assortie d\u2019une amende de 1million de dinars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s des fils de Melzi,&nbsp;&nbsp;doivent s\u2019acquitter In Solidum, d\u2019une amende de 32millions de dinars le principal accus\u00e9, Hamid Melzi, est condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 verser au Tr\u00e9sor public une amende de 20millions de dinar de dommage et int\u00e9r\u00eat et le gel de tous les comptes bancaires.&nbsp;L\u2019ex-directeur d\u2019Air Alg\u00e9rie, Bekouche Allache est condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 deux ann\u00e9es de prison dont une avec sursis et une amende de 500.000&nbsp;de&nbsp;dinars alors que l\u2019ex-DG&nbsp;d\u2019Alg\u00e9rie t\u00e9l\u00e9com Ahmed Choudar a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 une ann\u00e9e de prison&nbsp;&nbsp;et une amende de 1million de dinars et l\u2019ex directeur de la r\u00e9sidence officielle \u00ab El Mithak \u00bb, a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 un an avec sursis et une amende de 200.000dinars.&nbsp;Plac\u00e9 en d\u00e9tention provisoire depuis mai 2019, Hamid Melzi est poursuivi pour plusieurs chefs d\u2019accusations notamment pour \u00ab blanchiment d\u2019argent, transfert de biens provenant de la criminalit\u00e9, abus de fonction pour l\u2019acquisition d\u2019indus privil\u00e8ges et conclusion de contrats ill\u00e9gaux \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>B.
