promoteur immobilier Mahmoud Lalaoui et qui est situ\u00e9 au lieu dit La brise de mer dans la ville de B\u00e9ja\u00efa.&nbsp;L\u2019ancien Premier ministre Abdelmalek Sellal cit\u00e9 dans cette affaire, a&nbsp;&nbsp;\u00e9t\u00e9 acquitt\u00e9 de toutes les charges port\u00e9es \u00e0 son encontre.&nbsp;Le promoteur immobilier, propri\u00e9taire de cet \u00e9tablissement touristique, a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 deux ann\u00e9es de prison ferme assortie d\u2019une amende de 100.000 dinars alors que l\u2019ancien wali de Bejaia, Ouled Salah Zitouni et l\u2019ex secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la m\u00eame wilaya, Idir Brahim ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tous les deux acquitt\u00e9s.&nbsp;Par contre,&nbsp;le tribunal de Sidi M\u2019Hamed&nbsp;a condamn\u00e9 l\u2019ancien directeur de cabinet au Premier minist\u00e8re Mustapha Krim&nbsp;&nbsp;Rehial \u00e0 une peine de trois ann\u00e9es de prison ferme assortie d\u2019une amende 500.000&nbsp;DA.&nbsp;Le juge charg\u00e9 de cette affaire a \u00e9galement condamn\u00e9 Mahmoud Lalaoui et l\u2019ex-secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Premier minist\u00e8re Mustapha Krim&nbsp;&nbsp;Rehial, a verser&nbsp;en guise de dommage et int\u00e9r\u00eats, une la somme de 100.000 dinars au profit du Tr\u00e9sor public.&nbsp;Pour rappel, le procureur de la R\u00e9publique pr\u00e8s le p\u00f4le sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9, dans les affaires financi\u00e8res et \u00e9conomiques avait requis, il ya de cela une semaine, jour pour jour, une peine de prison de sept ann\u00e9es assortie d\u2019une amende d\u2019un&nbsp;million de dinars \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de l\u2019ancien Premier ministre, Abdelmalek Sellal et trois ann\u00e9es de prison ferme, assortie d\u2019une amende de 100.000 dinars&nbsp;&nbsp;\u00e0 l\u2019encontre de l\u2019ex directeur de cabinet au niveau du Premier minist\u00e8re Mustapha Krim Rehial.&nbsp;Les m\u00eames peines ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9galement requises le lundi pass\u00e9, contre l\u2019ancien wali de B\u00e9ja\u00efa, Ouled Salah Zitouni, l\u2019ancien secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la m\u00eame wilaya Idir Brahim et le propri\u00e9taire de cet \u00e9tablissement touristique, Mahmoud Lalaoui.L\u2019ex-Premier ministre, Abdelmalek Sellal ainsi que l\u2019ancien directeur de cabinet au niveau du Premier minist\u00e8re, Mustapha Kamel Rehial, sont poursuivis dans cette affaire pour octroi d\u2019indus avantages.&nbsp;Pour rappel, malgr\u00e9 les oppositions \u00e9manant de la compagnie Sonatrach contre la r\u00e9alisation de cet \u00e9tablissement touristique&nbsp;&nbsp;\u00e0 cause de sa proximit\u00e9 avec le pipeline acheminant le p\u00e9trole du sud du pays vers le port p\u00e9trolier de Bejaia, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 un jet de pierre de cet h\u00f4tel, les travaux ont&nbsp;\u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9s, apr\u00e8s plusieurs&nbsp;&nbsp;ann\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat, en
