Kamel Djenouhat, pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Association alg\u00e9rienne d\u2019immunologie : \u00ab Le d\u00e9faut de vaccination conduit \u00e0 formes s\u00e9v\u00e8res de la maladie \u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Association alg\u00e9rienne de l\u2019immunologie et directeur du laboratoire central, Pr Kamel Djenouhat qui a longuement abord\u00e9,&nbsp;hier sur les ondes de la&nbsp;Radio alg\u00e9rienne,&nbsp;le d\u00e9but de la campagne de vaccination antigrippale a fait remarquer que \u00ab la population qui doit b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la vaccination antigrippale&nbsp;&nbsp;n\u2019est pas la m\u00eame qui doit b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la vaccination anti Covid19 \u00bb, pr\u00e9cisant que la vaccination contre le Covid 19 concerne tous les citoyens sans distinction d\u2019\u00e2ge ni de cat\u00e9gories alors que la vaccination antigrippale se limite, elle, \u00e0 la cat\u00e9gorie des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es et atteinte de maladies chroniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus pr\u00e9cis, Pr Djenouhat explique&nbsp;que \u00ab la vaccination contre le Covid 19 ne peut pas remplacer la vaccination antigrippale et vice-versa&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;tout en pr\u00e9cisant \u00e0 ce sujet que&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;si une personne ne fait ni le vaccin antigrippal ni le vaccin anti Covid 19,&nbsp;&nbsp;la maladie peut \u00e9voluer vers&nbsp;&nbsp;la forme s\u00e9v\u00e8re \u00bb. Par ailleurs, questionn\u00e9 sur la r\u00e9ticence des&nbsp;Alg\u00e9riens \u00e0 la vaccination anti Covid-19, le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Association alg\u00e9rienne d\u2019immunologie expliquera que \u00ab ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est sp\u00e9cifique chez les&nbsp;Alg\u00e9riens et n\u00e9cessite des \u00e9tudes approfondies \u00bb, ajoutant que \u00ab les&nbsp;Alg\u00e9riens sont tr\u00e8s influenc\u00e9s par les r\u00e9seaux sociaux faisant que m\u00eame si on donne une centaine de bonnes informations sur le vaccin et une seule mauvaise, l\u2019on ne retient que la mauvaise \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En second lieu, ajoute Pr Djenouhat, \u00ab l\u2019absence d\u2019instructions&nbsp;fermes fera que l\u2019on ne pourra jamais atteindre le taux de vaccination de 70% m\u00eame dans les pays d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s \u00bb. Mais, le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Association alg\u00e9rienne de l\u2019immunologie et directeur du laboratoire central ira plus loin pour d\u00e9plorer le faible taux de vaccination au sein du corps m\u00e9dical. \u00ab C\u2019est honteux d\u2019avoir un corps soignant qui n\u2019est vaccin\u00e9 qu\u2019\u00e0 20% \u00bb, regrette-t-il allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 dire que \u00ab le corps m\u00e9dical national ne ma\u00eetrise pas la \u00ab vaccinologie \u00bb \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que ce sujet ne tient que 30 \u00e0 40 minute de leur cursus de sept ans. Pr Djenouhat pr\u00e9conisera ainsi de \u00ab passer \u00e0 l\u2019obligation de pass sanitaire qui&nbsp;poussera le&nbsp;personnel m\u00e9dical&nbsp;&nbsp;\u00e0&nbsp;se faire vacciner \u00bb ou \u00ab d\u2019aller exercer ailleurs \u00bb. Pour l\u2019intervenant, \u00ab le pass sanitaire devra aussi \u00eatre \u00e9largi \u00e0 d\u2019autres endroits comme les caf\u00e9s et les restaurants pour que son effet soit plus grand \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, Pr Djenouhat a estim\u00e9 que \u00ab la r\u00e9surgence de la pand\u00e9mie se voit depuis deux semaines \u00bb, pr\u00e9cisant que \u00ab l\u2019essentiel n\u2019est pas dans la nomination de quatri\u00e8me ou troisi\u00e8me vague mais dans d\u2019autres aspects \u00bb car, explique-t-il, \u00ab jusqu\u2019\u00e0 400 cas par jour la situation restera toujours ma\u00eetrisable mais cela venait \u00e0 d\u00e9passer les mille cas, on sera un peu d\u00e9pass\u00e9 comme on l\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 par le pass\u00e9 \u00bb.
