Chikhi dans son intervention&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devant une assistance nombreuse compos\u00e9e des d\u00e9l\u00e9gations d\u2019institutions, des historiens, des Moudjahidine et des associations, issus de diff\u00e9rentes wilayas du sud du pays, le Conseiller du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a soutenu que \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019historien a besoin de toutes informations et donn\u00e9es, \u00e9crites ou orales, \u00e0 m\u00eame d\u2019utiliser pour atteindre la connaissance historique\u00a0\u00bb, car, a-t-il d\u00e9fendu, \u00ab\u00a0la m\u00e9moire et l\u2019histoire, sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments ins\u00e9parables pour archiver la r\u00e9alit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.&nbsp;\u00ab\u00a0Un plan d\u2019action pour la comm\u00e9moration de la m\u00e9moire nationale a \u00e9t\u00e9 peaufin\u00e9 avec le concours des diff\u00e9rents secteurs, ciblant les diverses cat\u00e9gories sociales, et riche en initiatives constructives pour pr\u00e9server et valoriser la m\u00e9moire
