Huit personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9es dans une explosion de gaz dans la wilaya de S\u00e9tif. Une explosion due \u00e0 un court-circuit dans un local de stockage de produits cosm\u00e9tiques. Le drame est r\u00e9cent et il est trop t\u00f4t pour tirer des conclusions quant aux facteurs qui y ont conduit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela ne doit pas nous emp\u00eacher de nous interroger sur les circonstances qui ont conduit \u00e0 cette nouvelle trag\u00e9die. D\u2019autant que dans la majorit\u00e9 des accidents mortels survenus au cours des derniers mois, voire ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la n\u00e9gligence et le non-respect des normes sont \u00e0 chaque fois incrimin\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les normes ne sont pas \u00e9crites pour compliquer l\u2019existence des personnes et les r\u00e8gles n\u2019existent pas pour \u00eatre bris\u00e9es comme le veut le proverbe. Elles sont l\u00e0 pour prot\u00e9ger des vies et garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des familles. Il est temps de donner un grand coup de pied dans la fourmili\u00e8re. En finir une bonne fois pour toutes avec les mat\u00e9riaux et les \u00e9quipements contrefaits et imposer les normes de construction, les normes d\u2019\u00e9quipement des locaux et logements de r\u00e9seaux d\u2019alimentation en eau, en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et en gaz. Il est temps d\u2019imposer des r\u00e8gles de stockage des produits dangereux, et de respecter les r\u00e8gles d\u2019urbanisation. Il n&rsquo;est plus possible d\u2019ouvrir n\u2019importe quel commerce ou n\u2019importe quel local n\u2019importe o\u00f9.
