La m\u00eame source a expliqu\u00e9 que \u00ables mis en cause sont accus\u00e9s de d\u00e9tournement de plus de 16 millions DA dans le cadre d\u2019une affaire de corruption au sein du bureau local de l\u2019Union g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des commer\u00e7ants et artisans alg\u00e9riens, UGCAA\u00bb. Le responsable de cette cellule, le lieutenant de police Bilal Benkhelifa, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que \u00abcette affaire remontant \u00e0 2020. \u00abElle porte sur la perception indue et sans remise de r\u00e9c\u00e9piss\u00e9, d\u2019une somme de 1000 \u00e0 2000 DA pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e comme \u00e9tant une cotisation lors du d\u00e9p\u00f4t des dossiers au niveau du bureau de wilaya de l\u2019UGCAA par les postulants \u00e0 la prime d\u00e9cid\u00e9e par les pouvoirs publics au profit des personnes exer\u00e7ants certains m\u00e9tiers lib\u00e9raux et ayant cess\u00e9 toute activit\u00e9 durant le confinement sanitaire de lutte contre la Covid-19\u00bb, a-t-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9. Les investigations approfondies men\u00e9es par la brigade ont montr\u00e9 qu\u2019aucune trace des sommes per\u00e7ues ne figure sur les relev\u00e9s du compte bancaire de l\u2019UGCAA de Constantine, et que ces montants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accapar\u00e9s par le principal suspect et d\u2019autres employ\u00e9s.
