C\u2019est ce qu\u2019a indiqu\u00e9 le Pr. Kerboua, cheffe d&rsquo;unit\u00e9 des soins du cancer Hommes au au Centre Pierre et Marie Curie d\u2019 Alger, plaidant pour la prise en charge du cancer des poumons au CPMC. Elle a ajout\u00e9 que \u201ccette population de patients repr\u00e9sente un taux de 70% \u00bb, soulignant qu\u2019\u00abun diagnostic pr\u00e9coce demeure la meilleure solution pour assurer une bonne qualit\u00e9 de traitement\u00bb. Abordant la question li\u00e9e au traitement avanc\u00e9 ou encore le vaccin contre cette maladie, appliqu\u00e9 dans certains pays, la m\u00eame source a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que \u00abce nouveau traitement sera acquis prochainement par l&rsquo;Alg\u00e9rie\u00bb. \u00abLe minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 y a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 son inscription\u00bb, a ajout\u00e9 la sp\u00e9cialiste, d\u2019autant plus que \u00abce vaccin a donn\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats satisfaisants apr\u00e8s son introduction en plus de la chimioth\u00e9rapie\u00bb. Le Pr. Kerboua a mis l\u2019accent sur \u00abl&rsquo;imp\u00e9ratif d&rsquo;inclure des traitements innovants pour am\u00e9liorer la vie des patients, \u00e0 l&rsquo;instar des pays d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s\u00bb et appelle \u00ab\u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de permettre aux patients de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des essais cliniques et de les g\u00e9n\u00e9raliser au cancer du poumon, en plus de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation th\u00e9rapeutique qui peut contribuer \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer de nombreux programmes de pr\u00e9vention mis en place par les pouvoirs publics\u00bb. Se rapportant au fichier national de l&rsquo;Institut national de sant\u00e9 publique, la m\u00eame source fait \u00e9tat de \u00ab 3.000 nouveaux cas enregistr\u00e9s chaque ann\u00e9e, soit 17 cas pour 100.000 habitants\u00bb. En ce qui concerne le taux de pr\u00e9valence de ce type de cancer class\u00e9, le Pr. Kerboua a affirm\u00e9 que \u00abparmi les cinq types r\u00e9pandus en Alg\u00e9rie (2\u00e8me derri\u00e8re le cancer-colorectal chez l&rsquo;homme\u00bb, le cancer du poumon est r\u00e9pandu \u00e9galement chez les femmes. \u00abIl touche la tranche d&rsquo;\u00e2ge 50-55 ans\u00bb, a fait remarquer la m\u00eame sp\u00e9cialiste qui a attribu\u00e9 cette pr\u00e9valence \u00e0 \u00abdes facteurs purement hormonaux\u00bb.&nbsp;&nbsp;Malgr\u00e9 la r\u00e9vision en hausse annuelle des taxes impos\u00e9es sur cette mati\u00e8re et la mise en place d&rsquo;un plan national de lutte contre ce fl\u00e9au, le tabagisme constitue le premier facteur provoquant le cancer\u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9 la sp\u00e9cialiste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salim Abdenour<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00abLes patients atteints du cancer du poumon entament leurs traitements alors qu\u2019ils pr\u00e9sentent des formes graves\u00bb.
