Cette formation qui s\u2019\u00e9talera jusqu\u2019au d\u00e9but du mois de juin prochain d\u2019une fa\u00e7on altern\u00e9e et discontinue se d\u00e9roule \u00e0 l\u2019APW d\u2019Annaba et sera suivie de pr\u00e8s par les cadres sup\u00e9rieurs de la wilaya, a-t-on fait savoir. \u00c0 cet effet, les apprenants seront encadr\u00e9s par des formateurs du minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Int\u00e9rieur et des Collectivit\u00e9s locales et des cadres de la Protection civile, a-t-on fait savoir. L\u2019objectif de cette op\u00e9ration est de permettre aux \u00e9lus d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des connaissances dans le domaine de la gestion locale tant ignor\u00e9e par la majeure partie d\u2019entre eux, et offrir aux citoyens un service de qualit\u00e9 afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leur quotidien et r\u00e9tablir la confiance avec l\u2019administration. Neuf modules ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s au cours de cette formation qui vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 valoriser le r\u00f4le des \u00e9lus, \u00e0 savoir la gestion des communes, les finances locales, le plan communal de d\u00e9veloppement (PCD), les march\u00e9s publics,&nbsp;la&nbsp;gestion des ressources humaines, l\u2019organisation et fonctionnement de la commune&nbsp;&nbsp;et la gestion des grands risques majeurs entre autres. L\u2019\u00e9lu local aura donc les capacit\u00e9s de d\u00e9finir les objectifs du d\u00e9veloppement dans sa commune durant les 5 ann\u00e9es de mandat, ma\u00eetriser les techniques budg\u00e9taires et bien saisir l\u2019importance du capital humain qui est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un partenaire essentiel dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration du programme mis en \u0153uvre par les APC. Pour&nbsp;&nbsp;atteindre ces objectifs,&nbsp;&nbsp;les autorit\u00e9s locales de la wilaya d\u2019Annaba ont mobilis\u00e9 tous les moyens humains et mat\u00e9riels pour pr\u00e9parer cette session de formation et en faire un succ\u00e8s en assurant l&rsquo;accompagnement tant des encadreurs que des responsables des 12&nbsp;Assembl\u00e9es populaires communales&nbsp;&nbsp;\u00e0 Annaba.
