Comparaissant,&nbsp;hier devant la barre du tribunal correctionnel d\u2019Annaba, l\u2019ex-P\/APCde Sidi Amar et&nbsp;ses sept coaccus\u00e9s&nbsp;ont fait face aux&nbsp;accusations retenues \u00e0 leur encontre.&nbsp;Les accus\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 incrimin\u00e9s&nbsp;par les t\u00e9moignages de plusieurs employ\u00e9s de ladite collectivit\u00e9&nbsp;locale. Des t\u00e9moignages qui ont enfonc\u00e9 l&rsquo;ex-pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019APC de Sidi Amar et le chef de parc ainsi que les autres accus\u00e9s. Selon les r\u00e9v\u00e9lations des t\u00e9moins, l\u2019ancien maire bafouait le r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur&nbsp;de l\u2019APC.&nbsp;Ils ont ainsi \u00e9voqu\u00e9 des&nbsp;d\u00e9cisions unilat\u00e9rales en mati\u00e8re, entre autres de march\u00e9s de projets d\u2019am\u00e9nagements. Des d\u00e9cisions&nbsp;refl\u00e9tant, selon les t\u00e9moins, de graves d\u00e9passements, de l\u2019abus de pouvoirs et le mauvais usage de la fonction. Ce qui a occasionn\u00e9 la dilapidation des deniers publics. Des agissements,&nbsp;se sont accord\u00e9s \u00e0 soutenir les t\u00e9moins,&nbsp;&nbsp;qui ont induit&nbsp;la situation chaotique pr\u00e9valant \u00e0 travers l\u2019ensemble du territoire de la commune. Des accusations que l\u2019ancien locataire de l\u2019APC de Sidi Amar et ses coaccus\u00e9s&nbsp;ont cat\u00e9goriquement ni\u00e9es. Le panel d\u2019avocats de la d\u00e9fense a tant bien que mal tent\u00e9 de disculper chacun&nbsp;des accus\u00e9s. Le repr\u00e9sentant du minist\u00e8re public a focalis\u00e9 son r\u00e9quisitoire sur la dilapidation des fonds publics et la complicit\u00e9 des sept autres accus\u00e9s.&nbsp;&nbsp;Qualifiant les accusations de corruption,&nbsp;&nbsp;le procureur de la&nbsp;R\u00e9publique a fini par requ\u00e9rir une peine de 5 ans de prison ferme \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de l\u2019ancien P\/APC de Sidi Amar et des sept autres coaccus\u00e9s.
