Plus de 500 m\u00e9dicaments ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9s l\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e\u00bb avait affirm\u00e9 le Dr. Chafik Rahem, Vice-pr\u00e9sident national du Syndicat national alg\u00e9rien des pharmaciens d\u2019officine, hier, lors de son intervention dans l\u2019\u00e9mission \u00abl\u2019Invit\u00e9 de la R\u00e9daction\u00bb de la Cha\u00eene 3 de la Radio Alg\u00e9rienne. \u00abLa cr\u00e9ation du minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Industrie pharmaceutique a offert plus de visibilit\u00e9 et de facilitations administratives au sein du secteur, tout en am\u00e9liorant la disponibilit\u00e9 du m\u00e9dicament sur le march\u00e9, en plus des proc\u00e9dures d&rsquo;enregistrement qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 simplifi\u00e9es\u00bb, rappelle la m\u00eame source.&nbsp;&nbsp;La demande d&rsquo;enregistrement d&rsquo;un m\u00e9dicament produit en Alg\u00e9rie est adress\u00e9e \u00e0 la direction de la pharmacie (DP) du Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9, de la Population et de la R\u00e9forme Hospitali\u00e8re,&nbsp;&nbsp;d&rsquo;exploitation, ainsi que la validation des sites de production et des laboratoires de contr\u00f4le. L\u2019Invit\u00e9 de la Radio Alg\u00e9rienne a expliqu\u00e9 que \u00able minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Industrie pharmaceutique a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 son utilit\u00e9\u00bb. \u00c9num\u00e9rant les avanc\u00e9es concr\u00e9tis\u00e9es par ce d\u00e9partement minist\u00e9riel depuis sa cr\u00e9ation, en 2020, le Dr. Chafik Rahem a fait \u00e9tat de \u00abla restructuration de l\u2019Agence du m\u00e9dicament devant \u00eatre r\u00e9glement\u00e9e par des textes de loi attendus depuis 2008 et la mise en place d&rsquo;un Comit\u00e9 de cliniciens charg\u00e9 d&rsquo;examiner les demandes d\u2019enregistrement des m\u00e9dicaments\u00bb. Le vice-pr\u00e9sident du SNAPO n\u2019a pas omis de citer la r\u00e9daction d&rsquo;un cahier des charges r\u00e9glementant l\u2019importation des m\u00e9dicaments. \u00abLe texte a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en Conseil du Gouvernement\u00bb, a-t-il indiqu\u00e9. Et d\u2019ajouter que \u00able document comprend une liste de quelques 2400 m\u00e9dicaments dits essentiels, en plus des nouvelles obligations fix\u00e9es aussi bien pour les importateurs que pour les entreprises fournisseurs\u00bb. Le Dr. Rahem cite comme exemple une clause introduite fixant la prise en charge des quantit\u00e9s de m\u00e9dicaments ayant d\u00e9pass\u00e9 la date de p\u00e9remption. Au niveau national, ajoute le Dr. Rahem,&nbsp;&nbsp;le SNAPO compte&nbsp;&nbsp;quelque 12 mille pharmacies. \u00abLa pharmacie constitue un maillon indispensable dans la cha\u00eene des services sanitaires, c\u2019est pour cette raison qu\u2019il faut lui permettre d\u2019\u00e9largir son champ d\u2019activit\u00e9 et ne pas la confiner uniquement \u00e0 l\u2019op\u00e9ration de vente de m\u00e9dicaments\u00bb, a-t-il plaid\u00e9 en appelant \u00e0 \u00abl\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la publication des textes d\u2019application de la loi 18-11, qui permet aux pharmacies d\u2019assurer certains soins et le suivi des patients\u00bb. \u00abC\u2019est ce que pr\u00e9conisent l\u2019Organisation mondiale de la Sant\u00e9 et la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration internationale des pharmaciens\u00bb, a rappel\u00e9 le Dr. Rahem qui a ajout\u00e9 que \u00abcela permet la r\u00e9duction de la facture sanitaire et l&rsquo;afflux vers les structures hospitali\u00e8res\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malki Amar<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00abLe minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Industrie pharmaceutique table sur plus 800 enregistrements.
