Les pr\u00e9venus sont accus\u00e9s d&rsquo;abus de pouvoir, d\u00e9tournement de deniers publics et falsification de documents commerciaux, entre autres&nbsp;griefs&nbsp;retenus \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de 15 personnes inculp\u00e9es dans cette affaire, dont 10 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 blanchies par la justice, lors du proc\u00e8s tenu hier. La gen\u00e8se du scandale remonte, rappelons-le, \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2020, lorsqu\u2019un trou financier&nbsp;&nbsp;a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 dans la tr\u00e9sorerie de l\u2019unit\u00e9 d\u2019aliment de b\u00e9tail dans la&nbsp;&nbsp;r\u00e9gion de Boudraoui dans la da\u00efra de Bouchegouf (Guelma).&nbsp;&nbsp;Aussit\u00f4t une information judiciaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9e par les services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la&nbsp;S\u00fbret\u00e9 de da\u00efra de Bouchegouf aboutissant \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte d\u2019un manque financier de plus de 13 milliards de centimes
