Dns ce cas de figure, le hic c\u2019est quel\u2019entreprise en charge du projet, objet de l\u2019enqu\u00eate, a eu une avance financi\u00e8re forfaitaire de 15% sur le montant du march\u00e9 non achev\u00e9. Des griefs se rapportant \u00e0 des faits de corruption, nous dit-on, issus des d\u00e9cisions unilat\u00e9rales du P\/APC de cette commune, en faveur de l\u2019entrepreneur en d\u00e9pit des moult mises en demeures et menaces de r\u00e9siliation du march\u00e9, adress\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise, mais celle-ci a tout de m\u00eame b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019un versement financier, a ajout\u00e9 notre source.&nbsp; La contradiction de cet agissement avec les lois r\u00e9gissant le code des march\u00e9s publics, \u00ab&nbsp;rel\u00e8ve de la pr\u00e9m\u00e9ditation&nbsp;\u00bb estime notre source qui explique que \u00ab&nbsp;le P\/APC a volontairement ignor\u00e9 les d\u00e9passements de l\u2019entrepreneur et les mises en demeures ainsi que,&nbsp; les menaces de r\u00e9siliation du march\u00e9&nbsp;. Le dossier de l\u2019enqu\u00eate, achev\u00e9 et ficel\u00e9 par la brigade financi\u00e8re et \u00e9conomique pr\u00e8s de la s\u00fbret\u00e9 de wilaya de T\u00e9bessa, devra \u00eatre remis aux instances judiciaires, qui devront entamer l\u2019instruction dans cette affaire de corruption, dans laquelle sont pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s impliqu\u00e9, le maire de la commune d\u2019El Mazraa et six&nbsp; fonctionnaires de la m\u00eame collectivit\u00e9 locale. \u00c0 suivre\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S.
