{"id":20899,"date":"2022-05-12T00:01:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-11T23:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/?p=20899"},"modified":"2022-05-11T17:44:11","modified_gmt":"2022-05-11T16:44:11","slug":"bechar-rehabilitation-et-modernisation-des-urgences-medico-chirurgicales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/index.php\/2022\/05\/12\/bechar-rehabilitation-et-modernisation-des-urgences-medico-chirurgicales\/","title":{"rendered":"B\u00e9char\u00a0:\u00a0R\u00e9habilitation et modernisation des urgences m\u00e9dico-chirurgicales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Maillon faible du syst\u00e8me de la sant\u00e9 \u00e0 travers toutes les wilayas du pays, les&nbsp;services des&nbsp;urgences m\u00e9dico-chirurgicales&nbsp;seront modernis\u00e9s et r\u00e9habilit\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est notamment le cas&nbsp;dans la wilaya de B\u00e9char.Ainsi, adh\u00e9rant&nbsp;orientations&nbsp;du pr\u00e9sident de la&nbsp;R\u00e9publique,Abdelmadjid Tebboune qui,&nbsp;donn\u00e9es&nbsp;lors de la r\u00e9union du Conseil des ministres, tenue en janvier 2020,&nbsp;&nbsp;et durant laquelle il&nbsp;avait appel\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0une r\u00e9organisation\u00a0\u00bb du secteur de la sant\u00e9 (\u2026), le secteur de la sant\u00e9 dans la wilaya de B\u00e9char&nbsp;b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera d\u2019un programme de r\u00e9habilitation et de modernisation des services des urgences m\u00e9dico-chirurgicales (UMC) de trois structures hospitali\u00e8res&nbsp;et qui&nbsp;sera lanc\u00e9 prochainement, ont annonc\u00e9 des services de la wilaya. Sont concern\u00e9s par ce projet d\u2019envergure,&nbsp;les services d\u2019urgences m\u00e9dico- chirurgicales (UMC) des \u00e9tablissements publics hospitaliers&nbsp;&nbsp;de Tourabi&nbsp;&nbsp;Boudjemaa de Bechar et de Bechri Belkacem de Abadla ainsi que celui du service psychiatrique de Bechar.&nbsp;&nbsp;L\u2019op\u00e9ration vise l\u2019am\u00e9lioration, la modernisation et le renforcement de la prise en charge m\u00e9dicale des cas d\u2019urgence au niveau de ces structures et aussi am\u00e9liorer les conditions de travail des personnels m\u00e9dicaux et param\u00e9dicaux.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Par ailleurs, le secteur de la sant\u00e9 va acqu\u00e9rir deux nouveaux appareils de r\u00e9action en cha\u00eene polym\u00e9rase (PCR), en vue de renforcer le laboratoire de l\u2019h\u00f4pital \u00ab\u00a0Tourabi Boudjem\u00e2a en \u00e9quipements destin\u00e9s au renforcement du d\u00e9pistage rapide des virus, dont celui du coronavirus (COVID.19).
