Selon&nbsp;la m\u00eame source, il s\u2019agit du pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, des cadres et des employ\u00e9s de cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9 filiale du&nbsp;Groupe industriel des ciments d\u2019Alg\u00e9rie (GICA). En somme se sont 13 accus\u00e9s qui sont soup\u00e7onn\u00e9s de corruption, de mauvaise gestion de passation douteuse de march\u00e9s publics, a fait savoir notre source. Le montant du pr\u00e9judice financier est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 environ 18 milliards de centimes, a-t-on pr\u00e9cis\u00e9. Ces fonds \u00e9taient destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un hangar et l\u2019am\u00e9nagement ext\u00e9rieur de l\u2019usine, nous dit-on. L\u2019affaire remonte \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2020, lorsque la police judiciaire relevant de la brigade de la gendarmerie nationale de Bekouche Lakhdar avait, sur ordre du procureur de la&nbsp;R\u00e9publique pr\u00e8s le tribunal d\u2019Azzaba, ouvert une enqu\u00eate approfondie suite \u00e0 une plainte d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par un entrepreneur pour corruption pr\u00e9sum\u00e9e dans la conclusion d\u2019un march\u00e9, et non-respect par la commission des march\u00e9s des lois et r\u00e8glements applicables en mati\u00e8re de soumissions des offres financi\u00e8res, a expliqu\u00e9 la m\u00eame source. Les pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s impliqu\u00e9s dans ce scandale avaient, a-t-on rappel\u00e9, comparu la semaine derni\u00e8re devant le procureur de la&nbsp;R\u00e9publique pr\u00e8s le tribunal d\u2019Azzaba.
