Le 13 mai, le juge d&rsquo;instruction pr\u00e8s le tribunal de Sidi Mhamed d&rsquo;Alger a ordonn\u00e9 le placement en d\u00e9tention provisoire de l&rsquo;ancien&nbsp;Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&rsquo;Union g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des travailleurs alg\u00e9riens, dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement p\u00e9nitentiaire d&rsquo;El Harrach.
