Intervenant&nbsp;sur les ondes&nbsp;de la chaine 3 de la Radio nationale, le consultant a affirm\u00e9 que \u00able contexte actuel est favorable \u00e0 l\u2019investissement apr\u00e8s la consolidation du cadre macro-\u00e9conomique depuis en 2021\u00bb. \u00abIl est donc n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019\u0153uvrer \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation du PIB \u00e0 travers l\u2019investissement massif\u00bb, a-t-il plaid\u00e9, avant de revenir sur le projet de loi relatif \u00e0 l\u2019investissement adopt\u00e9 par le Conseil des ministres, ce dernier consacre le principe de la libert\u00e9 d&rsquo;investissement, vise l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du climat d\u2019affaires \u00e0 travers la suppression des entraves bureaucratiques. Le consultant en g\u00e9o-\u00e9conomie d\u00e9plore que \u00abl\u2019Alg\u00e9rie ait enregistr\u00e9 deux types de retards en mati\u00e8re d\u2019investissement \u00bb. Le premier, explique l\u2019Invit\u00e9 de la R\u00e9daction&nbsp;de la Chaine III, \u00abest li\u00e9 au blocage bureaucratique de certains projets \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes de maturation tandis que le deuxi\u00e8me concerne notre absence des Investissements directs \u00e9trangers, IDE\u00bb. Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant le pas dans le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique des pays d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s, l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie opte pour le non-alignement positif. Nombreuse sont ces crises qui se sont secou\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9conomie mondiale durant ces deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, d\u2019o\u00f9 le choix \u00e0 porter n\u00e9cessairement sur le mode \u00e9conomique \u00e0 adapter tout en adoptant ses exigences au niveau des pays en fonction du contexte lambda y r\u00e9gnant.&nbsp;&nbsp;L\u2019invit\u00e9 de la Radio Alg\u00e9rienne a, en ce sens, expliqu\u00e9 que \u00ables pays d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s s\u2019alignent sur un nationalisme \u00e9conomique visant \u00e0 assurer leur souverainet\u00e9\u00bb. Il cite comme exemple l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie qui s\u2019inscrit dans une logique de diversification de ses relations \u00e9conomiques \u00e0 travers le non-alignement positif\u00bb.
