{"id":21800,"date":"2022-05-31T00:01:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-30T23:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/?p=21800"},"modified":"2022-05-30T18:26:11","modified_gmt":"2022-05-30T17:26:11","slug":"affaire-de-la-villa-de-sidi-aissa-neuf-personnes-devant-le-juge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/index.php\/2022\/05\/31\/affaire-de-la-villa-de-sidi-aissa-neuf-personnes-devant-le-juge\/","title":{"rendered":"Affaire de la villa de Sidi A\u00efssa\u00a0:\u00a0Neuf personnes devant le juge"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Une&nbsp;plainte pour&nbsp;tapage nocturne \u00e0 d\u00e9bouch\u00e9 sur&nbsp;une enqu\u00eate sur une panoplie d\u2019actes illicites.&nbsp;Neuf personnes ont comparu, dimanche, devant le juge d&rsquo;instruction pr\u00e8s le tribunal d&rsquo;Annaba dans le cadre des proc\u00e9dures de comparution imm\u00e9diate&nbsp;dans le cadre de la villa Sidi A\u00efssa, avons-nous constat\u00e9 sur place.&nbsp;La propri\u00e9taire&nbsp;est&nbsp;accus\u00e9e&nbsp;d&rsquo;avoir transform\u00e9&nbsp;sa villa en&nbsp;salle de f\u00eate et exerce d\u2019activit\u00e9 commerciale sans autorisation pr\u00e9alable, tandis que le reste des&nbsp;accus\u00e9s,&nbsp;\u00e2g\u00e9s&nbsp;entre 22 et 36 ans,&nbsp;&nbsp;sont \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9s de commercialisation et&nbsp;de consommation&nbsp;de drogues.&nbsp;La gen\u00e8se&nbsp;de cette affaire,&nbsp;qui a fait le tour de la ville d\u2019Annaba, remonte \u00e0 la nuit de jeudi \u00e0 vendredi dernier, lorsque les services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ont re\u00e7u un appel du voisinage d\u2019une villa, situ\u00e9e sur les hauteurs de Sidi A\u00efssa.&nbsp;&nbsp;Les informations parvenues aux services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ont fait \u00e9tat d\u2019un tapage nocturne, dans une villa, transform\u00e9e en salle de f\u00eates. Aussit\u00f4t une descente conjointe des services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9,&nbsp;&nbsp;gendarmerie nationale&nbsp;&nbsp;et police&nbsp;a \u00e9t\u00e9 op\u00e9r\u00e9e. L\u2019op\u00e9ration a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 l\u2019interpellation d\u2019une cinquantaine de personnes, des deux sexes, dont la propri\u00e9taire de la villa o\u00f9, s\u2019organisait chaque week-end des dizaines de f\u00eates. Au cours de cette op\u00e9ration des substances narcotiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 saisies (kif et psychotropes), ainsi le mat\u00e9riel de musique servant \u00e0 l\u2019animation des f\u00eates. Les personnes arr\u00eat\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9es en garde \u00e0 vue, en vue de leur pr\u00e9sentation.
