Exportations du groupe public des ciments GICA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le ministre de l’Industrie, Ahmed Zeghdar s\u2019est r\u00e9uni, samedi dernier,  avec le pr\u00e9sident directeur-g\u00e9n\u00e9ral (P-DG) du Groupe public des ciments GICA et les responsables de ses filiales, notamment les grandes usines \u00e0 forte capacit\u00e9 de production, avec lesquels il a examin\u00e9 la situation du Groupe et ses perspectives ainsi que les probl\u00e8mes se dressant devant la r\u00e9alisation de ses objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le ministre a annonc\u00e9 lors de cette rencontre, la prise en charge de toutes les difficult\u00e9s entravant les exportations du Groupe industriel des ciments d’Alg\u00e9rie (GIGA) qui devront d\u00e9passer la barre de 1 milliards de dollars en 2022. Cette rencontre a \u00e9t\u00e9, \u00e9galement, l\u2019occasion pour pr\u00e9senter la position du Groupe GICA  sur le march\u00e9 national en termes de possibilit\u00e9s de production et sa part de march\u00e9 qui d\u00e9passe 50%  et sa production a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 11 millions tonnes en 2020. Un chiffre appel\u00e9, selon le communiqu\u00e9 du minist\u00e8re de l\u2019industrie, \u00e0 augmenter pour atteindre pr\u00e8s de 17 millions tonnes en 2021, pla\u00e7ant ainsi le groupe en position de  leader  sur le march\u00e9 national de l\u2019industrie du ciment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concernant les opportunit\u00e9s d’exportation de ce Groupe, le total des exportations a atteint  pr\u00e8s de 600 millions dollars  en 2020. Ce chiffre devrait atteindre 1 milliard de dollars \u00e0 l’horizon 2022. Sachant que le groupe GICA emploie, aujourd\u2019hui, 12.000 salari\u00e9s. Ce groupe a r\u00e9ussi, selon la m\u00eame source, \u00e0 la faveur des investissements r\u00e9alis\u00e9s ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9riger parmi les meilleures entreprises publiques  industrielles en Alg\u00e9rie. Cette r\u00e9union a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9e, par ailleurs, \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation d\u2019une analyse financi\u00e8re des principaux indicateurs \u00e9conomiques du Groupe en mettant en lumi\u00e8re les forces et les faiblesses. Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d’\u00e9tudes \u00e9conomiques, d’analyse financi\u00e8re et de l’\u00e9valuation prospective (ECOFIE), charg\u00e9e de l’\u00e9laboration des rapports financiers et des statistiques sur le secteur public marchand, indique le communiqu\u00e9 du minist\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lors de la dite rencontre, le ministre a exhort\u00e9 les responsables de ce groupe \u00e0 redoubler \u00abd’efforts pour un meilleur positionnement sur les march\u00e9s ext\u00e9rieurs constituant d\u00e9sormais un imp\u00e9ratif, vu la saturation du march\u00e9 en ciment d’une part et le gel de certains projets sectoriels en raison de la conjoncture financi\u00e8re et sanitaire d’autre part\u00bb, en les assurant au passage de la prise en charge de \u00abtoutes les pr\u00e9occupations soulev\u00e9es par les responsables du groupe pour faciliter l’exportation, notamment les probl\u00e8mes logistiques li\u00e9s au transport maritime et terrestre\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le ministre a insist\u00e9, aussi, sur l’importance d’adopter \u00ables nouvelles techniques de marketing pour obtenir davantage de parts sur les march\u00e9s, int\u00e9rieur et ext\u00e9rieur, et de diversifier les produits concurrentiels dans le secteur\u00bb, plaidant en faveur de l\u2019adoption d\u2019une vision prospective et de solliciter l’expertise, y compris parmi les membres de notre communaut\u00e9 nationale \u00e9tablie \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger pour r\u00e9aliser les objectifs trac\u00e9s. A cet effet, le ministre a donn\u00e9 des instructions pour l’\u00e9laboration d’un plan urgent renfermant les mesures \u00e0 prendre \u00e0 court terme pour am\u00e9liorer la performance du groupe et l’importance d’une bonne ma\u00eetrise du cadre juridique lors de la conclusion d’accords et l’\u00e9tablissement de partenariats avec des \u00e9trangers pour prot\u00e9ger les int\u00e9r\u00eats de la partie alg\u00e9rienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
