Il a \u00e9galement estim\u00e9 que&nbsp;\u00abl\u2019investissement en Alg\u00e9rie dans le secteur des assurances est faible comparativement \u00e0 d\u2019autres pays\u00bb. Donnant hier le coup d\u2019envoi&nbsp;des&nbsp;travaux de la 33<sup>e<\/sup>&nbsp;Conf\u00e9rence l&rsquo;Union g\u00e9n\u00e9rale arabe des assurances organis\u00e9e \u00e0 Oran, Abderrhmane Raouya a indiqu\u00e9 que \u00abcet investissement repr\u00e9sente un taux de moins de 1% \u00bb, soulignant que \u00ables assurances constituent l\u2019un des premiers secteurs o\u00f9 l\u2019investissement a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouvert \u00e0 la,&nbsp;&nbsp;concurrence&nbsp;\u00bb. \u00abNous sommes pass\u00e9s de 6 entreprises&nbsp;&nbsp;publiques en 1995 \u00e0 23 en 2022, dont 11 entreprises relevant du secteur priv\u00e9 ou en partenariat avec les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9trang\u00e8res&nbsp;\u00bb, a-t-il rappel\u00e9. \u00abLes parts du march\u00e9 de l\u2019assurance&nbsp;&nbsp;dans le PIB sont pass\u00e9s de 5,6 milliards de&nbsp;dinars&nbsp;en 1997 \u00e0 144 milliards de&nbsp;dinars&nbsp;en 2021\u00bb, a-t-il fait savoir. Le&nbsp;ministre a&nbsp;aussi&nbsp;d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que \u00abl\u2019Alg\u00e9rie a surmont\u00e9 les effets de la crise sanitaire caus\u00e9e par la pand\u00e9mie de coronavirus et que ses principaux indicateurs \u00e9conomiques ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019am\u00e9liorer au second semestre 2021, ce qui lui a permis de&nbsp;tabler sur&nbsp;un taux de croissance de 3,4 % en 2022\u00bb. \u00abLes mesures prises par l\u2019Etat pour faire face aux effets de la crise sanitaire et r\u00e9duire son impact sur l\u2019\u00e9conomie en proc\u00e9dant au r\u00e9\u00e9chelonnement des dettes,&nbsp;et les mesures incitatives au profit de&nbsp;certaines activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques ont permis de contr\u00f4ler la situation \u00e9conomique globale et de maintenir les principaux \u00e9quilibres du secteur financier, y compris les institutions d\u2019assurance et de r\u00e9assurance\u00bb.&nbsp;Raouya&nbsp;a soulign\u00e9 les r\u00e9centes r\u00e9formes \u00e9conomiques majeures&nbsp;entreprise en&nbsp;Alg\u00e9rie&nbsp;&nbsp;et qui&nbsp;visent l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la performance \u00e9conomique et&nbsp;&nbsp;accro\u00eetre la croissance en subventionnant les exportations en dehors des hydrocarbures. Il rappelle ainsi&nbsp;\u00abla r\u00e9vision r\u00e9cente&nbsp;de la Loi sur les investissements en \u00e9liminant les obstacles bureaucratiques, la rationalisation des proc\u00e9dures administratives et l\u2019abandon de la r\u00e8gle d\u2019investissement 51\/49 dans la plupart des secteurs\u00bb. Le&nbsp;ministre a not\u00e9 \u00able soutien de l\u2019Etat dans ses r\u00e9formes \u00e9conomiques pour les partenariats public-priv\u00e9 et l\u2019utilisation plus large des technologies modernes et la num\u00e9risation dans la conduite du secteur \u00e9conomique, dont les premiers r\u00e9sultats sont attendus prochainement\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prendre en charge les risques de cyberattaques<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a not\u00e9 que \u00abl\u2019\u00c9tat attache de l\u2019importance au secteur de l\u2019assurance et \u00e0 la r\u00e9assurance et \u00e0 son d\u00e9veloppement en am\u00e9liorant l\u2019environnement dans lequel il op\u00e8re, en am\u00e9liorant les services qu\u2019il fournit aux clients, en acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant la num\u00e9risation du secteur, ainsi que la pr\u00e9paration des compagnies d\u2019assurance alg\u00e9riennes \u00e0 prendre en charge les nouveaux risques, en particulier les cyberbanques\u00bb. Selon le ministre, la rencontre d\u2019Oran \u00abconstitue une occasion pour consolider la coop\u00e9ration entre les entreprises arabes\u00bb, \u00e9voquant le fait qu\u2019elle soit \u00abparrain\u00e9e par le Premier ministre, r\u00e9v\u00e8le&nbsp;&nbsp;l\u2019importance qu\u2019il attache \u00e0 l\u2019action arabe commune dans le domaine de l\u2019assurance et d\u2019autres domaines et consid\u00e8re l\u2019Union arabe d\u2019assurance g\u00e9n\u00e9rale comme un symbole de l\u2019action arabe commune \u00bb. Et d\u2019ajouter que \u00abl\u2019industrie de l\u2019assurance occupe une position importante \u00bb. Cette conf\u00e9rence de trois jours&nbsp;se tientsous le th\u00e8me \u00ab\u00a0La nouvelle situation et ses implications pour l\u2019industrie de l\u2019assurance : quels sont les d\u00e9fis et quelles sont les opportunit\u00e9s pour le march\u00e9 arabe de l\u2019assurance\u00bb, avec environ 1200 participants de 41 pays dont 20 arabes.
