Il s\u2019agit entre autres de passation de march\u00e9 non-conformes&nbsp;ux dispositions l\u00e9gislatives et r\u00e9glementaires en vigueur, dans le but d&rsquo;accorder des privil\u00e8ges injustifi\u00e9s,&nbsp;d\u00e9tournement de deniers&nbsp;publics,&nbsp;et&nbsp;abus de&nbsp;fonction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour rappel,&nbsp;de nombreuses enqu\u00eates men\u00e9es par l&rsquo;Inspection g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des finances et la&nbsp;Brigade \u00e9conomique de la S\u00fbret\u00e9 de la wilaya&nbsp;d&rsquo;Alger, ainsi que d&rsquo;autres enqu\u00eates men\u00e9es par&nbsp;les services de&nbsp;Police&nbsp;judiciaire du&nbsp;minist\u00e8re de la D\u00e9fense&nbsp;nationale, ont&nbsp;lev\u00e9 le voile sur une s\u00e9rie&nbsp;de scandales de grande envergure, concernant le projet de r\u00e9alisationdu nouvel a\u00e9roport international qui a co\u00fbt\u00e9 76 milliards de dinars au budget de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il s\u2019agit aussi du&nbsp;march\u00e9 remport\u00e9 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 britannique \u00ab Ultra \u00c9lectroniques \u00bb, c\u00e9l\u00e8bre dans le domaine des syst\u00e8mes de gestion et d&rsquo;\u00e9quipement a\u00e9roportuaires, et li\u00e9e au projet d&rsquo;\u00e9quipement du nouvel a\u00e9roport international,&nbsp;aux d\u00e9pens de 5 entreprises concurrentes et pionni\u00e8res dans ce domaine, puisqu&rsquo;elle a remport\u00e9 la dotation de l&rsquo;a\u00e9roport international d&rsquo;Alger d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;information de gestion pour un co\u00fbt de plus de 700 millions d&rsquo;euros. L\u2019enqu\u00eate s\u2019est pench\u00e9e sur&nbsp;des commissions&nbsp;qui auraient \u00e9t\u00e9&nbsp;vers\u00e9es par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 britannique aux fonctionnaires.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rappelons que Tahar Allache a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9mis de ses fonctions \u00e0 la fin du mois de mai dernier.
