{"id":2282,"date":"2021-07-26T00:01:00","date_gmt":"2021-07-25T23:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/?p=2282"},"modified":"2021-07-25T19:59:54","modified_gmt":"2021-07-25T18:59:54","slug":"les-walis-en-premiere-ligne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/index.php\/2021\/07\/26\/les-walis-en-premiere-ligne\/","title":{"rendered":"Les walis en premi\u00e8re ligne"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"font-size:22px\"><strong>Afin de ma\u00eetriser la situation \u00e9pid\u00e9miologique tr\u00e8s d\u00e9grad\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La situation \u00e9pid\u00e9miologique se d\u00e9grade tr\u00e8s vite et des mesures doivent \u00eatre prise aussi rapidement pour contenir l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie. \u00c0 ce titre les autorit\u00e9s locales et particuli\u00e8rement les walis sont en premi\u00e8re ligne dans la gestion du dispositif sanitaire. Ainsi et apr\u00e8s les walis d\u2019Alger, B\u00e9ja\u00efa, S\u00e9tif et T\u00e9bessa entre autres, le wali de Mostganem a pris une s\u00e9rie de mesures pour renforcer le dispositif sanitaire. Un dispositif qui s\u2019illustre par sa duret\u00e9 vu que le wali de Mosganem avait opt\u00e9 pour l\u2019imposition du pass sanitaire dans les mosqu\u00e9es avant de se raviser. Et pour cause la question du pass sanitaire n\u2019a pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 tranch\u00e9e par les plus hautes autorit\u00e9s du pays.&nbsp; En tout \u00e9tat de cause, des mesures draconiennes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises hier par le wali de la wilaya de Mostaganem, A\u00efssa Boulahia lors de la r\u00e9union qui l\u2019a regroup\u00e9 avec le directeur de la sant\u00e9 o\u00f9 se dernier a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un tableau noir de la situation \u00e9pid\u00e9miologique pr\u00e9valant dans la wilaya. Cette rapide et alarmante d\u00e9gradation de la situation \u00e9pid\u00e9miologique &nbsp;essentiellement au niveau des &nbsp;h\u00f4pitaux Che Guevara \u00e0 A\u00efn Tadles et Sidi Ali a ainsi pouss\u00e9 le premier responsable de la wilaya \u00e0 prendre une s\u00e9rie de mesures applicables avec un effet imm\u00e9diat.Il s\u2019agit en premier lieu de la fermeture des salles dans les caf\u00e9s et les restaurants. La mesure explique le communiqu\u00e9 ayant sanctionn\u00e9 cette r\u00e9union, oblige les g\u00e9rants de ces \u00e9tablissements \u00e0 enlever toutes les tables et les chaises et ne servir qu\u2019en mode \u00ab&nbsp;emport\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb. Parmi ces &nbsp;mesures draconiennes figure en deuxi\u00e8me position, la saisie de tout moyen de transport qui ne respecte pas les mesures sanitaires induites par les protocoles. Ces derniers sont syst\u00e9matiquement envoy\u00e9s \u00e0 la fourri\u00e8re en cas d\u2019infraction, explique le communiqu\u00e9. &nbsp;Toujours au chapitre des mesures tr\u00e8s strictes, le wali de Mostaganem, ajoute le communiqu\u00e9, a pris la d\u00e9cision d\u2019interdire l\u2019entr\u00e9e dans les administrations \u00e0 tous fonctionnaires non vaccin\u00e9s. Au niveau des mosqu\u00e9es de la wilaya, le wali qui a au d\u00e9but d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019interdire tout acc\u00e8s dans ces lieux de culte aux personnes non vaccin\u00e9es s\u2019est finalement suffi d\u2019une op\u00e9ration de sensibilisation conduit sur place par des m\u00e9decins d\u00e9p\u00each\u00e9s pour la circonstance. Les salles des f\u00eates sont \u00e9galement toujours interdites d\u2019organiser des c\u00e9r\u00e9monies sous peine de tomber sous la coupe de s\u00e9v\u00e8res sanctions.
