Selon&nbsp;une source proche,&nbsp;la&nbsp;lettre de d\u00e9mission a \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9e directement \u00e0 la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale au niveau central, qui n\u2019a pas encore r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 cette d\u00e9mission, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 la m\u00eame source. Les indiscr\u00e9tions font \u00e9tat de fortes pressions auxquelles \u00e9taient&nbsp;&nbsp;soumis, le d\u00e9missionnaire&nbsp;&nbsp;depuis sa nomination \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la direction, il y\u2019a quatre ans. Des pressions exerc\u00e9es, nous dit-on, par des parties influentes et les barons du foncier \u00e0 Annaba. Sachant que la wilaya d\u2019Annaba&nbsp;a&nbsp;fait&nbsp;l\u2019objet, \u00e0 plusieurs reprises, l\u2019objet d\u2019enqu\u00eates&nbsp;ayant&nbsp;cibl\u00e9 le d\u00e9tournement de terrains avec de faux documents, dont les procurations. Autres d\u00e9passements occasionnant des d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments pour les administr\u00e9s, aboutissant dans les couloirs des tribunaux, les ventes de bien immobiliers (appartements et villas), avec de fausses fridhas que, cette administration, dont le r\u00f4le d\u2019expert et&nbsp;&nbsp;de notaire de la wilaya en mati\u00e8re d\u2019op\u00e9rations fonci\u00e8res et immobili\u00e8res \u00e0 Annaba, ne daigne pas prendre en compte en cas de contestation par les administr\u00e9s l\u00e9s\u00e9s.
