La Sentinelle : Quelle dimension rev\u00eat aujourd\u2019hui la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration du 60e<\/sup> anniversaire de l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Raba Sbaa :<\/strong> Il y a  une heureuse co\u00efncidence que tout le monde entier peut constater : l’Alg\u00e9rie est en train de c\u00e9l\u00e9brer son ind\u00e9pendance alors qu\u2019elle accueille l\u2019ensemble des pays de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e \u00e0 Oran dans le cadre des Jeux m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ens. En fait, il s\u2019agit de toute une symbolique d\u2019une Alg\u00e9rie qui re\u00e7oit le monde chez elle. Cela signifie que l’Alg\u00e9rie n\u2019est pas un pays isol\u00e9 comme veulent le faire croire un certain nombre de th\u00e8ses. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une Alg\u00e9rie ouverte sur le monde et qui f\u00eate le monde et qui se c\u00e9l\u00e8bre en m\u00eame temps. Car, ce 60e anniversaire, on ne peut que le constater,  a suscit\u00e9 un \u00e9norme int\u00e9r\u00eat aussi bien \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger que chez nous. D\u2019ailleurs, je reviens d\u2019un colloque tenu \u00e0 la Sorbonne \u00e0 propos du 60e anniversaire de l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance de l\u2019Algerie. J\u2019ai constat\u00e9, il faut le dire, qu\u2019il y avait beaucoup de propos positifs. Je m\u2019attendais un peu \u00e0 trouver de l\u2019animosit\u00e9 et de l\u2019hostilit\u00e9. Bien au contraire, j\u2019\u00e9tais tr\u00e8s content de voir que les gens essayent de comprendre l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie. Dans l\u2019ensemble, les gens consid\u00e8rent que le bilan est globalement positif<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qu\u2019est-ce qui caract\u00e9rise, selon vous, les c\u00e9l\u00e9brations cette ann\u00e9e ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je crois, et contrairement \u00e0 ce que disent certains journaux ou certaines th\u00e8ses, l’Alg\u00e9rie ne veut pas briller juste pour redorer son blason \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur. Elle veut aussi se r\u00e9concilier avec elle-m\u00eame. En fait, elle fait \u00e7a pour ses enfants. Si l\u2019on se rappelle, on parlait pendant longtemps de la f\u00eate de la jeunesse lors du  5 juillet. Mais l\u00e0, nous parlons du 60e anniversaire de l\u2019Ind\u00e9pendance. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une \u00e9tape  que nous avions pass\u00e9e. Et maintenant, il nous reste encore du chemin  \u00e0 parcourir. Je trouve que cela est une bonne chose de le faire dans la joie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019Alg\u00e9rie est un tr\u00e8s grand pays. Il faut que les gens, notamment l\u2019entourage hostile, comprenne que  l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie a un grand r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer non seulement dans la r\u00e9gion mais aussi au niveau continental. D\u2019ailleurs, nous constatons que l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie est en train de retrouver sa place dans le concert des Nations, en accomplissant magnifiquement sa mission. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

D\u2019autres challenges importants attendent l\u2019Alg<\/strong>\u00e9rie<\/strong>\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bien \u00e9videment. Nous savons maintenant que le monde entier a compris l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie. L\u2019Alg\u00e9rie est une puissance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. La crise en Ukraine et son impact ont fait que beaucoup de pays lorgnent sur l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie. Et comme unbonheur ne vient jamais seul, on vient de d\u00e9couvrir un nouveau gisement gazier \u00e0 Hassi Rmel. Cela montre que l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie a un atout extraordinaire et qu\u2019il faut compter avec. Ceci dit, je trouve qu\u2019il est bien de montrer au monde que nous sommes bien chez nous, que nous recevons les autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Croyez-vous que cette c\u00e9l\u00e9bration est le symbole d\u2019un nouveau d\u00e9part et qu\u2019une page est tourn\u00e9e?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En v\u00e9rit\u00e9, on ne tourne jamais d\u00e9finitivement la page du pass\u00e9. Le pass\u00e9 nourrit le pr\u00e9sent. Et le pr\u00e9sent, qui se nourrit du pass\u00e9, nourrit l\u2019avenir et le devenir. Quand on regarde le chemin parcouru en Alg\u00e9rie, ce 60e anniversaire est une \u00e9tape tr\u00e8s importante et sur beaucoup de dossiers importants. Comme je l\u2019ai dit, il y a beaucoup de choses qui restent perfectibles, sur le tous les plans, \u00e0 savoir au niveau de la justice, des m\u00e9dias. Il y a pleins d\u2019insuffisances.  Toutes les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s sont constitu\u00e9es d\u2019\u00eatres vivants. Elles vivent dans leur r\u00e9ussite et de leurs difficult\u00e9s. L\u2019Alg\u00e9rie ne fait pas exception. Il y a des probl\u00e8mes \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9, il y  a des probl\u00e8mes au niveau de la sant\u00e9,  au niveau de la communication, dans la recherche dans l\u2019histoire et dans la m\u00e9moire, qui doivent \u00eatre pris en charge<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quels sont justement les chantiers \u00e0 lancer \u00e0 propos<\/strong> du travail de m\u00e9moire ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sur ce point particulier, je trouve que les colloques d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui tombent \u00e0 point nomm\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 certaine th\u00e8ses n\u00e9gationnistes destin\u00e9es \u00e0 effacer l\u2019histoire de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie avant le colonialisme. Ces pol\u00e9miques n\u2019ont ni queue ni t\u00eate. Les conf\u00e9rences ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que l\u2019\u00e9paisseur historique de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie va chercher depuis le n\u00e9olithique. Je trouve que le Haut commissariat \u00e0 l\u2019amazighit\u00e9 avec le centre de recherches  en anthropologie font un travail qui avait besoin d\u2019\u00eatre fait. Les travaux qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s et les travaux de m\u00e9moire montrent  que la Nation alg\u00e9rienne s\u2019inscrit dans l\u2019\u00e9paisseur historique et dans la dur\u00e9e. Le travail pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par le Professeur Berramdane et d\u2019autres montre bien le concept d\u2019alg\u00e9rianit\u00e9 qui est all\u00e9e prendre ses racines depuis le N\u00e9olithique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
