Les pr\u00e9visions de l’Organisation des Nations Unies pour l’alimentation et l’agriculture (FAO) tablent sur une  hausse de la  production mondiale de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales en 2022 r de 7 millions de tonnes en juillet par rapport au mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent et s\u2019\u00e9tablissent \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 2.792millions de tonnes. \u00abLa production mondiale serait encore inf\u00e9rieure de 0,6 % \u00e0 celle de 2021\u00bb,  a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 le nouveau bulletin se basant sur les donn\u00e9es sur l\u2019offre et la demande de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales. Cet accroissement mensuelle est principalement attribuable \u00e0 la r\u00e9vision \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation de 6,4 millions de tonnes apport\u00e9e aux pr\u00e9visions concernant la production mondiale de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales secondaires, celle ci devrait atteindre 1.501 millions de tonnes en 2022, soit seulement 0,5 % de moins qu\u2019en 2021, explique l\u2019Organisation onusienne, la FAO. L\u2019utilisation mondiale de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales en 2022-2023, cette instance mondiale fait \u00e9tat des pr\u00e9visions relev\u00e9es de 9,2 millions de tonnes, et s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 2.797 millions de tonnes, un niveau en recul de 1,7 million de tonnes, soit un taux de 0,1 % par rapport \u00e0 celui de 2021-2022. \u00abCette hausse est principalement en raison de la baisse de l\u2019utilisation dans l\u2019alimentation animale qui est attendue\u00bb, explique l’Organisation onusienne. A 854 millions de tonnes, les pr\u00e9visions de la FAO concernant les stocks mondiaux de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales \u00e0 la cl\u00f4ture des campagnes de 2023 sont en hausse de 7,6 millions de tonnes comparativement au mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, mais indiquent toujours une contraction annuelle de 0,6% (\u00e9quivalent \u00e0 5,0 millions de tonnes). Selon le document de l’Organisation, le rapport stocks\/utilisation de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales au niveau mondial passerait de 30,7 pour cent en 2021-2022 \u00e0 29,8 %  en 2022-2023. Selon les derni\u00e8res pr\u00e9visions de la FAO, les \u00e9changes mondiaux de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales en 2022-2023 devraient  s\u2019\u00e9tablir \u00e0 468 millions de tonnes, soit une progression de 4,8 millions de tonnes par rapport aux pr\u00e9visions indiqu\u00e9es le mois dernier, mais diminueraient encore de 11,4 millions de tonnes (2,4 %) par rapport au volume de 2021-2022 et tomberaient \u00e0 leur niveau le plus bas depuis trois campagnes. L\u2019Organisation avance que \u00ab la plus grande partie de cette baisse est due \u00e0 la contraction pr\u00e9vue des \u00e9changes de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales secondaires, qui devraient reculer de 4,1 % (9,5millions de tonnes) en 2022-2023 (juillet-juin) par rapport \u00e0 leur niveau estimatif de 2021-2022\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
