d\u00e9cid\u00e9 la fermeture d\u2019une minoterie priv\u00e9e pour avoir commercialis\u00e9 de la farine subventionn\u00e9e comme aliment de b\u00e9tail, a-t-on appris&nbsp;hier&nbsp;de la cellule de communication des services de la wilaya.&nbsp;Cette d\u00e9cision, prise par le wali, Abdelkhalek Sayouda, porte sur la fermeture et l\u2019arr\u00eat de toutes les activit\u00e9s de cette minoterie, implant\u00e9e dans la commune de Oued Taghia, a-t-on indiqu\u00e9, soulignant que son propri\u00e9taire a commis une infraction en commercialisant de la farine subventionn\u00e9e par l\u2019Etat comme fourrage destin\u00e9 \u00e0 des wilayas steppiques.&nbsp;Une proc\u00e9dure judiciaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 enclench\u00e9e contre le propri\u00e9taire de la minoterie, a-t-on fait
