Une nouvelle approche du partenariat \u00e9conomique. C\u2019est sous slogan que les travaux du Forum \u00e9conomique alg\u00e9ro-italien s\u2019est ouvert \u00e0 Alger, en marge de la visite du pr\u00e9sident du Conseil italien, Mario Draghi, et du 4e<\/sup> Sommet intergouvernemental alg\u00e9ro-italien \u00e0 Alger. Une visite qui a act\u00e9 le nouveau d\u00e9part dans les relations de coop\u00e9ration entre les deux rives de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e. Et si les \u00e9changes entre les deux pays s\u2019est intensifi\u00e9 au cours des derniers mois les deux pays, notamment sur fond de crise gazi\u00e8re et d\u2019augmentation des livraisons de gaz alg\u00e9rien vers le march\u00e9 italien, Alger et Rome comptent bien capitaliser sur cette conjoncture pour hisser le partenariat \u00e0 un niveau strat\u00e9gique, notamment sur le plan \u00e9conomique. Les \u00e9changes commerciaux entre les deux rives ont sensiblement augment\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e. Ils sont estim\u00e9s \u00e0 4,5 milliards de dollars durant les 5 premiers mois de 2022 et les deux pays esp\u00e8rent les porter \u00e0 8,7 milliards de dollars d\u2019ici \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Au-del\u00e0 du commerce, le nouveau partenariat devra \u00eatre assis sur un renforcement des investissements italiens en Alg\u00e9rie. Dans ce contexte, le Premier ministre A\u00efmene Benabderrahmane a soulign\u00e9 hier lors du Forum \u00e9conomique alg\u00e9ro-italien la pr\u00e9disposition de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie a garantir toutes les facilitations aux investisseurs italiens dans un climat des affaires sensiblement plus attractif gr\u00e2ce aux r\u00e9formes engag\u00e9es par le Gouvernement alg\u00e9rien. Ainsi, et en sus de la promulgation d\u2019une nouvelle loi sur les investissements, Benabderrahamne a mis en avant les perspectives d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019environnement financiers gr\u00e2ce aux r\u00e9formes engag\u00e9es dans le secteur. Il indiqu\u00e9 ainsi que la r\u00e9vision de la Loi sur la monnaie et le cr\u00e9dit sera tr\u00e8s bient\u00f4t achev\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Des r\u00e9formes dont l\u2019objectif est de cr\u00e9er un environnement favorable \u00e0 l\u2019investissement notamment, dans l\u2019industrie automobile et le tourisme, entre autres, a-t-il soulign\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notons qu\u2019au cours du point de presse qu\u2019il a coanim\u00e9 avec le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil italien, le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Abdelmadjid Tebboune a soulign\u00e9 hier  le forum d’affaires  alg\u00e9ro-italien \u00ab est un nouveau jalon qui s’ajoutera \u00e0 l’\u00e9difice de partenariat et d’investissement productif entre les entreprises et compagnies des deux pays amis \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour sa part, Mario Draghi a estim\u00e9 que \u00ab les r\u00e9formes initi\u00e9es par le gouvernement alg\u00e9rien offrent une r\u00e9elleopportunit\u00e9 aux investissements \u00e9trangers \u00bb. Il a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des italiens pour la coop\u00e9ration dans le domaine des infrastructures et le num\u00e9rique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notons que l’Alg\u00e9rie et l’Italie ont sign\u00e9, hier \u00e0  Alger, 15 m\u00e9morandums d’entente et accords de coop\u00e9ration dans de nombreux domaines. Ces accords et m\u00e9morandums d’entente ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sanctionn\u00e9s par \u00e0 la signature de la D\u00e9claration finale du 4e Sommet intergouvernemental alg\u00e9ro-italien, par le Pr\u00e9sident Tebboune et le Premier ministre italien qui ont copr\u00e9sid\u00e9 les travaux de ce Sommet. Il s’agit de m\u00e9morandums d’entente dans les domaines de l’artisanat, des industries pharmaceutiques, de l’entrepreneuriat, du d\u00e9veloppement des investissements, de la pr\u00e9vention et de la lutte contre la corruption, des travaux publics, des start-up, de la coop\u00e9ration industrielle et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, des \u00e9nergies renouvelables, du d\u00e9veloppement social et de la solidarit\u00e9. Un accord de coop\u00e9ration dans le domaine de la protection du patrimoine historique et culturel, un protocole de coop\u00e9ration dans le secteur de la justice et une D\u00e9claration d’intention dans les domaines de l’enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, de la recherche scientifique et de la coop\u00e9ration  diplomatique, ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
