Mahieddine Allouche remplace ainsi le Fran\u00e7ais Mattieu Galvani. Un changement qui intervient suite au rachat de la totalit\u00e9 des actifs d\u00e9tenus par le N\u00e9\u00e9rlandais Veon dans&nbsp;Omnium Telecom Alg\u00e9rie&nbsp;qui exploite la licence commerciale Djezzy et qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 act\u00e9 la semaine derni\u00e8re avec le transfert des fonds repr\u00e9sentant le prix d\u2019achat des actifs \u00e0 Veon. La nomination du nouveau DG par int\u00e9rim signe le d\u00e9but d\u2019une nouvelle \u00e8re pour Djezzy qui passe sous le contr\u00f4le total de l\u2019\u00c9tat via le Fonds national d\u2019investissement et sous management alg\u00e9rien.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il faut noter dans ce sens que Mahieddine Allouche est un jeune cadre alg\u00e9rien dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Alg\u00e9rie en sciences \u00e9conomiques et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle de 20 ans. Au sein de Djezzy, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 directeur financier adjoint en octobre 2020, puis directeur de la performance en d\u00e9cembre 2021, mais a aussi \u00ab jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le important pour la r\u00e9ussite des projets strat\u00e9giques tels que la transformation digitale qui a contribu\u00e9 au retour de la croissance et le maintien d\u2019une excellente performance financi\u00e8re de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb, explique l\u2019op\u00e9rateur dans un communiqu\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour rappel, Veon&nbsp;a annonc\u00e9,&nbsp;vendredi dernier&nbsp;dans un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 sur son site officiel, la finalisation de la vente de sa participation dans Djezzy Alg\u00e9rie&nbsp;au FNI. La transaction annonc\u00e9e le 1<sup>er<\/sup>&nbsp;juillet dernier apr\u00e8s la signature du pacte d\u2019actionnaire le 28 juin dernier dans le cadre de la vente de&nbsp;l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de&nbsp;la participation&nbsp;de Veon&nbsp;de 45,57 % dans Omnium Telecom Alg\u00e9rie SPA, au Fonds national d\u2019investissement (FNI)&nbsp;a \u00e9t\u00e9 act\u00e9e vendredi par le transfert de 682 millions de dollars repr\u00e9sentant le prix d\u2019achat. Le FNI d\u00e9tient d\u00e9sormais soit 96,57% de Djezzy lequel passe dans son escarcelle et sous management national. Il est utile de noter dans ce sens que lors des n\u00e9gociations pour le rachat total de l\u2019op\u00e9rateurs, des discussions avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9es pour confier le management \u00e0 Veon \u00e0 laquelle devait \u00e9galement incomber la mission de la recherche d\u2019un investisseur. Mais, cette option a \u00e9t\u00e9 annul\u00e9e faute d\u2019accord entre les deux parties.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rappelons qu\u2019en 2014&nbsp;le FNI avait acquis&nbsp;51 % des actions de Djezzy au FNI pour plus de 2,6 milliards de dollars.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec la finalisation de cette transaction, l\u2019\u00c9tat alg\u00e9rien tient officiellement son deuxi\u00e8me op\u00e9rateur de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie mobile&nbsp;national.
