Abdelmadjid Tebboune, a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 un mouvement partiel dans le corps des pr\u00e9sidents et procureurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux pr\u00e8s les cours de justice,&nbsp;q&nbsp;indiqu\u00e9&nbsp;hier&nbsp;un communiqu\u00e9 de la Pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique.&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;Conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions des articles 91 (alin\u00e9as 7) et 92 de la Constitution, et de l\u2019article 49 de la loi organique portant statut de la magistrature, le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, M. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 un mouvement partiel dans le corps des pr\u00e9sidents et procureurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux pr\u00e8s les cours de justice ayant port\u00e9 sur la mutation de neuf (9) pr\u00e9sidents de cours de justice et de dix (10) procureurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux, outre la promotion de dix-huit (18 ) juges au poste de pr\u00e9sident de Cour de justice ou de Procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, en sus de cinq (5) cadres du secteur de la Justice appel\u00e9s \u00e0 occuper d&rsquo;autres fonctions et des fins de fonction pour quatorze (14) pr\u00e9sidents de Cours et quatre (4) Procureurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux&nbsp;\u00bb, indique la m\u00eame source.&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;Ce mouvement vise \u00e0 insuffler une nouvelle dynamique au fonctionnement des juridictions et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de leur performance \u00e0 travers la nomination de comp\u00e9tences judiciaires ayant fait leurs preuves dans la magistrature&nbsp;\u00bb, lit-on dans le communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R.N.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, M.
