Dans ce contexte, le Pr. Djamel Eddine Nibouche, chef de service cardiologie \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital Nefissa Hamoud a estim\u00e9, hier sur les ondes de la Radio alg\u00e9rienne que la situation est \u00ab tr\u00e8s difficile car nos structures sanitaires ne sont pas adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 prendre en charge, un nombre aussi important de malades atteints de covid \u00bb, expliquant que les malades qui se pr\u00e9sentent dans les h\u00f4pitaux, pr\u00e9sentent des probl\u00e8mes respiratoires, n\u00e9cessitant de l\u2019oxyg\u00e9noth\u00e9rapie. Il propose ainsi la r\u00e9vision de la gestion de la crise sanitaire et ce, par l\u2019implication des autres structures de l\u2019Etat outre le minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9.Pour mieux \u00e9tayer ses dires, l\u2019invit\u00e9 de la radio nationale, d\u00e9crit cette maladie comme \u00e9tant \u00ab p\u00e9riodique \u00bb passant d\u2019une p\u00e9riode d\u2019accalmie, de latence puis une p\u00e9riode de contamination qui passe \u00e0 la phase d\u2019une contamination importante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cela, le professeur Nibouche, pr\u00e9conise la cr\u00e9ation de structures l\u00e9g\u00e8res, adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la prise en \u00ab r\u00e9elles \u00bbdes malades atteints de covid, comme celles existantes en Chine et aux USA, au Canada et en Europe. Des structures, l\u00e9g\u00e8resavec des g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs d\u2019oxyg\u00e8nes autonomes.Il insistera par la suite sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de la formation des m\u00e9decins g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes \u00e0 la maladie Covidindiquant que \u00ab cette maladie s\u2019est install\u00e9e et elle ne va pas disparaitre apr\u00e8s cette troisi\u00e8me vague \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce qui concerne la place du secteur priv\u00e9 dans la gestion de l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie, le Pr Nibouche \u00e9voque la prise en charge post hospitalisation (COVID)qui doit se faire \u00e0 domicile, comme cela se fait un peu partout dans le monde et \u00e0 plus forte raison lorsqu\u2019on sait que les h\u00f4pitaux du pays sont arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 saturation.\u00ab L\u2019apport du m\u00e9decin priv\u00e9 est fondamental \u00bb, mart\u00e8le le Pr Nibouche, appelant \u00e0 y penser et surtout \u00e0 l\u2019organiser.Au sujet de l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019urgence sanitaire, le Pr.
