L\u2019ex-secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de\u00a0l\u2019union de wilaya de\u00a0l\u2019UGTA, a \u00e9t\u00e9 entendu par le magistrat instructeur dans le cadre\u00a0d\u2019une affaire li\u00e9 \u00e0 des soup\u00e7ons de malversations. Il s\u2019agit plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment\u00a0de la disparition myst\u00e9rieuse de fonds issus de la location durant plusieurs ann\u00e9es,\u00a0du\u00a0coll\u00e8ge syndicale,\u00a0patrimoine de l\u2019UGTA,\u00a0\u00e0 une \u00e9cole priv\u00e9e, a fait savoir la m\u00eame source. Le m\u00eame magistrat instructeur a \u00e9galement auditionn\u00e9,\u00a0dans la m\u00eame affaire, le\u00a0tr\u00e9sorier\u00a0ayant\u00a0\u00a0exerc\u00e9 au moment des faits, en plus d\u2019une dizaine de t\u00e9moins, tous membres du bureau du secr\u00e9tariat de l\u2019UGTA,\u00a0durant la\u00a0p\u00e9riode\u00a0allant de\u00a02007\u00a0\u00e0\u00a02017, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 notre source. Tayeb H\u2019Marnia est soup\u00e7onn\u00e9 d\u2019avoir d\u00e9tourn\u00e9\u00a0cinq milliards\u00a0de centimes, repr\u00e9sentant des fonds\u00a0issus\u00a0de dix ans de loyer. Des fonds qui n\u2019ont jamais\u00a0\u00e9t\u00e9 vers\u00e9s sur\u00a0le compte bancaire de l\u2019UGTA. Rappelons que le pot aux roses a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couvert par la commission de v\u00e9rification de la comptabilit\u00e9 du bureau de l\u2019union de wilaya, apr\u00e8s que Tayeb H\u2019Marnia ait \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9vinc\u00e9\u00a0\u00a0en 2017 de la\u00a0Centrale syndicale. Le rapport\u00a0\u00a0\u00e9tabli par la commission de v\u00e9rification du compte bancaire de l\u2019UGTA bureau d\u2019Annaba, a fait \u00e9tat de la d\u00e9couverte d\u2019un d\u00e9ficit financier estim\u00e9 \u00e0\u00a0cinq milliards de centimes, repr\u00e9sentant une dizaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es de loyer des locaux du coll\u00e8ge syndical, un bien de l\u2019UGTA. Les suspicions de malversations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 aliment\u00e9es par la d\u00e9couverte de documents faisant foi, tels\u00a0les\u00a0re\u00e7us de paiement et les conventions, alors de fortes sommes d\u2019argent n\u2019ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 vers\u00e9es dans le compte de\u00a0l\u2019UGTA. Pour rappel, ce d\u00e9tournement avait fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un d\u00e9p\u00f4t de plainte par des cadres syndicaux dans le bureau de l\u2019UGTA Annaba. Une enqu\u00eate avait d\u00e8s lors \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9e par la brigade \u00e9conomique et financi\u00e8re pr\u00e8s la s\u00fbret\u00e9 de wilaya, avant que le dossier de l\u2019affaire ne soit mis en veille. Puisqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque Tayeb H\u2019Marnia qui \u00e9tait le prot\u00e9g\u00e9 du patron de la centrale syndicale\u00a0Abdelmadjid Sidi Sa\u00efd et\u00a0est devenu de plus en plus intouchable de par sa nomination en tant que membre du\u00a0Conseil de la nation au titre du tiers pr\u00e9sidentiel. Du coup sa qualit\u00e9 de s\u00e9nateur lui a valu le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de l\u2019immunit\u00e9. Un statut qui renfor\u00e7a la position du secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019UGTA \u00e0 Annaba, d\u00e9sormais devenu \u00e9galement s\u00e9nateur. Une aubaine pour l\u2019ex-patron du syndicat \u00e0 Annaba,\u00a0qui faisait partie de l\u2019intouchable cercle de Sidi Sa\u00efd et A\u00efssa Menadi, avant un retournement de la situation. Pour des raisons qui n\u2019ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es, Tayeb H\u2019Marnia est limog\u00e9 en 2017, de la centrale syndicale et de son poste en tant que SG de l\u2019union de wilaya, par Abdelmadjid Sidi Sa\u00efd !\u00a0D\u00e9chu\u00a0l\u2019ex secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019UGTA \u00e0 Annaba et ex-s\u00e9nateur a \u00e9t\u00e9 rattrap\u00e9 par la justice, suite \u00e0 la r\u00e9ouverture de dossier de l\u2019enqu\u00eate qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en stand \u2013by. Par ailleurs, nous apprenons que\u00a0\u00a0Tayeb H\u2019Marnia est encore en audition.
